The booths are projected individually for each customer, providing the optimal and most economical equipment for him. The booths can have one or several machineries. Our production range also includes booths which are subdivided into several sections. Each section can be used as a spraying and drying booth on its own. For large vehicles, the whole booth is used.

Industrial Coating Plants for powder and wet paints

especially for heavy partsThese booths are especially suitable for heavy workpieces and small series in engine building. Depending on customer's requirements, also these plants can be subdivided into several sections and run as independent booths. The paint mist separation is ar-ranged individually acc. to the workpieces to be painted. Depending on the paint quantity to be consumed, the overspray is separated by dry or wet separation systems.

The conveyor engineering is always con-ceived for the respective individual case (workpiece dimensions, weight etc.)

The Eco-PlantPowder coating has become more and more important during the past few years and will go on growing in future. Advantages of powder coating are:

u Emission-free application, no VOC-problem

u Ecologically beneficial by powder recovery

u High surface resistance

In agriculture, for example, the high re-sistance of the baked powder is a big ad-vantage, since the highly stressed farming machines need a sturdy surface. In middle-range companies and where parts geometry is very complex and different, application is mostly done manually. For large series, automatic powder coating booths are used.

The versatile oneWhere powder isn't justifiable technically or economically any more due to very complex ge-ometries (electrostatic painting), the workpieces (baking temperatures) and the workpiece mass (heating energy), wet painting is used. Whether powder or wet paint - a decisive factor for a high-grade and durable coating is the optimal pretreat-ment of the workpieces.

WOLF Air HeatersThe air heaters for spray booths produced in series are corrosion-proof. By indirect firing, the flue gases are strictly separated from the process air, so that any influences on man's health or the paint material are excluded. Together with TAIFUNO ® technology, there isn't even the smallest disadvantage in energy demand, compared to direct firing systems! We grant you � years warranty on the WOLF air heater (WLE).

WOLF Heat Recovery System (HRS) in Spraying and Drying Operation

Housing DesignCompletely made of galvanized, double-shell sandwich elements with �0 mm insulation. Designed as compact unit with even surfaces in solid frame construction. All inspection openings are equipped with quick closers, mostly as doors.

Frequency-controlled FansOur serial equipment includes frequency converters. By stepless speed regulation, direct drives are possible; the usually ne-cessary regulating flaps in the fresh and exhaust air ducts aren't required.

u Spraying Operation Standby If the spray gun is not actuated in mode „Spraying“, the TAIFUNO ® switches fully automatically to a reduced air and heating capacity. When actuating again, the full capacity is reached again in few seconds.

u Automatic Evaporation with Programme Selection The new Automatic Evaporation by WOLF has got different programmes. In coordination with important paint ma-nufacturers, there is a special software for each of them.

Mode Lamp

Will your employees use the most modern booth technology? You shouldn't rely on it. With the mode lamp, you have everything under control - also at a distance: booth capacity, working productivity and energy costs. During energy-saving operation, clea-ning, spraying, evaporating or drying, the respective lamp is shining. If you switch on Multi-Air, it is flashing.

Online-Equipment

Each TAIFUNO ® is equipped for being linked with the WOLF-owned service-cen-ter. You only have to provide a telephone connection to the switchboard. In case a failure should occur, experienced specialists will do a first check "online" from the works headquarters. This saves time and money. So don't worry, if you are far away from us.
