I. PARTIES, VENUE, JURISDICTIONThe Plaintiff has always lived in orange County Ca. The Legal Aid Society is programmed to make sure that the Constitutional right of a fair trail is done for all indigents that are in need of legal representation. They are located in Orange County, CA too http://www.legal-aid.com/. II. FACTUAL BACKGROUNDThe Plaintiff is part of a class of genocide by latin Americans. He is a European Protestant. The Catholics invaded Europe during the Inquisition and 30 years war then genocide all the white Europeans and brought in Latin American labor. The Plaintiff today has over 30 lawsuits in the court for legal error codes the Latin American National military is programming into his society to hurt his culture illegally. The Plaintiff then sent to the legal aid society a request for help. The Legal Aid Society sent him three attorneys. Not which one of them could help on the merits of a police misconduct case. One of the Panel members actually discriminated against the Plaintiff for being a white protestant see Exhibit A. The area where the Plaintiff lives was once 80% white anglo Saxons today it is only 7% and the rest are illegal invader Catholic Mexicans who took advantage of the law and the Plaintiffs culture has no defense to it. Today in the USA over 91.1% of all self represented cases get kicked. Who want to work and earn a skill. Currently the Legal Aid Society does not train its function for justice for the spirits to be able to harness the 10,000 legal representatives to get pro bono experience, legal finance, or contingency fee. Where the function just sends it to the panel elders to see if they will take it. However, the Panel elders do not want to take all the case. So this means that if the function was to change as per court, violation of Due Process, Obstruction of Justice, Failure to train, and Violation of the Constitutional right to a fair trail. Then the self represented number would decline to 0 as the legal aid society could easily get all unemployed attorneys a list serve from the Law School they graduated. Then they could easily send it to them and if they take it have an elder Panel attorney review it and make sure they are doing their job and get paid for the review. Instead the function destroys the Constitution by not getting a fair trail to everybody, by sending it first to the elders instead of sending it to the unemployed fresh bar graduates to take then have an elder review.
