I. PARTIES, VENUE, JURISDICTION

1. Plaintiff Cody A Fitch has lived in Orange County, CA his whole life and is under the

watch of the Orange County, California (Here after OC, CA) Sheriff’s and City Manager.

2. Orange County, CA Sheriffs are the process server for the Orange County, CA

indigent and those who get the fee waiver. Located at: OC, CA Sheriff’s Civil Process Services, 909 N. Main St.

3. City Manager of Orange County, CA has to manage the services that the Orange

County, CA Sheriff’s provide. Located at: Orange County, CA City Managers location: Hall of Administration,

II. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

1. On 8/19.2013 Plaintiff Fitch filed a case for contractual breach with his political party.

In which he pleads the corporation name and entity in the pleadings. This contract is worth over $90 million dollars

with regards to the relationship with the Plaintiff and his corporate political treasury members.

2. The same day the Plaintiff received an order for a fee waiver. He then went to the OC,

CA Sheriff’s and filed it with them to be served. He wrote down the Republican Party of the USA as the corporation

to serve and the exact address of the local branch on the service document. It was not in a closed envelope so the

clerk was able to read the document. If it was all they would know would be Name and Address on the service

document like they are supposed to see. They are not supposed to talk about demurs, adding doe’s or other legal

strategies.

3. Two weeks later the exact date can be found if demurred of stricken, through phone

records. The plaintiff received an email stating to call back in two weeks. When during that time after the normal 24

hour industrial service to 3 days contact time. Where the Plaintiff explained the whole situation to the process server

where I have contracts binding with them symbols who I am what I did etc. As I believed to have Protestant

Republicans as my guards and soldiers, I did not know we stocked Catholics without overview for being genocidal

towards OC, CA’s main culture Protestants. As Catholic police, soldiers and private militaries are well known to be

corrupt when it comes to Protestant, as per historical wars of genocide of the Protestants by the Catholics. Mainly in

history and today the Catholics genocide white’s small ethnic cultures. The 30 years wars the Catholics genocided

Protestants and other small ethnic white cultures in Europe, World War I and II the Catholics genocide Jews,

Protestants and Orthodox. While today whole cites in Orange County, CA have gone from 100% European

4. One to two days after that email I received a call that spoke to me from the OC Civil

Service office about a legal demur strategy. Where she said I had to place the exact name stating OC Republican

Party for it to be served. In which it can’t be served unless that is done. So I have to DOE In the exact name of the

corporate branch to get it served. This spoke about DOE’s a demure strategy, and also about nto serving my

documents for me unless I followed her legal advice. This was after I sent tons of emails on my email list to world

Protestant militaries about how Catholics are genociding us in Orange County, CA and I can’t wait to get my money

to start prosecuting them in markets and news for doing it. Where I had email listed in the local OC Service Sheriff’s

center as I thought OC, CA was still pro Protestant majority and anti-Catholics like we teach about the Pilgrims who

fled Catholic Genocide to be free in our own little churches from the Catholics in this land.

5. Plaintiff was a Process Server for 3 years. The plaintiff knows when a corporation

name is on the document to be served with an exact address you have to serve it, or you can be sued. It is up to the

defendants to demure, and request to the courts DOE’s are not on there or exact names, not the service processer’s

agent. That is called unlawful practice of law.

6. The Defendant has had to wait over 3 weeks for this to happen now. The defendant is a

very good financial director. With $90 million in his bank account he can easily make millions in directives. I

created the world’s biggest economic warfare cite, and economics is like playing the board game pickup sticks to an

adult.

7. I directed the corporation in question for over $28.3 billion in financial movements;

where they made substantial earnings on my counseling as a financial director. While also I have directed major

military strategies and outlines based on my non fancy, dancy, Democrat liberal style education, and my down home

honky red neck just sitting spitting dip, drinking brew, reading tons of things representing my nation and my culture

with my education.

III. FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION

7. The OC Sheriff Secretary sounded like a catholic, who’s voice I recognized called me

told me a legal strategy of a demure. This strategy was the process service was not able to do the service for me

because I did not place an OC in front of the Republican Party name that was to be served, and I did not DOE in the

other defendants. That is believed to be a demure legal strategy by the plaintiff. She thus then practiced law by given

me legal strategy on a document.

8. The issuing of the legal advice by the secretary made Plaintiff lose one full week of

contract fulfillment. As the Plaintiff told the Corporation to be served to fulfill specific actions to create a contract to

settle with the Plaintiff. In which they did things like hired a CEO by a specific name, hired a local State CEO by

specific name and then built the Plaintiff as, a, Economic Warfare directors usually get a house in a nice area of his

dream for putting so much time in the corporation. Those symbols as told to the OC Sheriff’s Process Service Center

mean the contract will be fulfilled once it gets to them.

9. It is believed the Defendant did the action on purpose to case great harm to my

economic abilities to gain the money. As I believe she is an opposing culture a catholic. Which my culture the

protestants see as a criminal culture and genocidal towards their culture, as they help drug lords, invade with

Catholic invaders, and are well known to send messages to Latin Catholics who have genocided or massacred white

ethnic minorities in the world like Protestants.

IV. SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION

(OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE)

10. The OC Sheriff’s office is the only way for poor indigent lonely fee waived citizens

to have somebody served.

11. The unlawful practice of law and the non-serving of the documents to the defendant

obstruct the process of justice. As the documents did not and may possible never get to the defendants. It is possible

she might again say something else in unlawful legal strategy about my complaint that has to be changed, to have it

served. As the process server Sheriff Secretary said they can’t serve it because the legal strategy of using one

corporation name instead of decentralizing the corporation is a bad legal strategy not in those words but she will not

serve it unless I follow her legal advice.

12. The obstruction of justice has caused the plaintiff to go one full week without his

settlement. The settlement contract was shown to be contracted to happen via proper contractual elements to his

defendant in the case that needed to be served. As he placed the OC Process Server and the City Manager on a email

list about the case.

V. THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION

(INTENTIONAL INTERFERENCE WITH PROSPECTIVE ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE)

13. The Plaintiff has a lawsuit with a corporation. That states the contract is worth

around $90 million dollars. That is obviously seen in the documents or as per the contract off civil justice to sue and

fight civilly. The Plaintiff also sent the Defendants tons of Emails about the case and the contract to settle as soon as

they get the document.

14. The Defendant the OC Sheriffs where aware of this contract as the defendant sent

them many emails saying how important this contract is and what it is and explaining it to them. While also the

simple version is the contract is a lawsuit. So the contract needs to get to the defendant to be binding.

15. The Defendant intentionally used an unlawful practice of law, legal demur strategy,

as if she was the defendant’s attorney. In which stopped the documents of corporate debt from getting to the

defendants.

16. The Inability of the contract to reach the corporation means that they can’t fulfill the

settlement for services reindeer by the Plaintiff to that corporation. As they need a corporate debt to pay off for the

proper financial issues.

17. The resulting damage has caused over $2 million in loss of possible earnings. As the

Plaintiff is a very educated man with 6 college degrees and the world’s biggest economic warfare research cite and

also a proven track record of being able to move Billions, War Ships and World Votes in his strategies. The ability

of the Plaintiff to be a financial director has been shown to the corporation in which he has made them over $28.3

billion in income. Which in turn means $90 million in the hands of the Plaintiff would at least begin to start to make

him the weekly interest of $750,000. A normal financial director with $90 million in accounts usually makes around

$2-3 million a week.

VI. FOURTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE)

18. The OC Sheriff’s did not use the normal prudent, diligent standard of care with a

process service. The common process server gets the job done in 3 days and normally in one day. While the name of

a corporation and, an address is all they need; especially, if that corporation’s address is very well known and you

can call them to see their hours of operation as the corporation in the Plaintiff’s documents is. The Plaintiff worked

in the industry and understands the normal reasonable duty of care, diligence and prudence. The OC Sheriff’s

Process Server and the City Manager did not perform that.

19. The OC Sheriff’scivil service process and City Managers unit breached that duty

when they did not properly file the complaint on the defendants. Who are a very social corporation and answer their

phones every day and can easily be contacted. This was a matter of serious violation of due diligence. I did not

receive any contact for two weeks on the matter. While when I received contact it first said to contact back in 2

weeks, not providing diligence prudent reason for such issues. Which is a violation of due diligence in the service to

the client. As the client can help with the service by simply saying if you call them they will accept it or let you

know hours of operation. After that I received a call where I was told the reason for non-service was cause of a

demur strategy where I did not put the proper corporate name on it and had to come in and add DOE’s, which is, a,

attorney demur legal issue, not a process server issue, address, corporation name, hand it to them and walk away.

That is not a process service problem. So long as the address is on their and the corporation name is partial on there

it is up to the defendant to demure that.

20. The act of professional negligence caused me to lose one whole week contracted use

of $90 million with interest at $750,000 a week and also a normal standard industrial earningof $2 million a week as

per financial directors normal use of $90 million a week. Also it’s the Defendant knew that the Plaintiff had a

contract with the corporation in the documents. As Defendants received emails after the three day grace period of

professionalism, about the evidence that the Defendants have sent signals and contractual requirements as per

Plaintiff’s request that they will settle with him. Thus, the Defendant knew the Plaintiff was going to get the

settlement of $90 million and stopped the contract from being fulfilled. Therefore causing him to have the loss of the

use of the money and also the meeting with a girl that has sent signals of desire to be friends and hang out.

21. The loss of the Plaintiff is over $750,000 in interest for one week of use of the

settlement as per contracts with the corporation in the documents. While the use of the account of $90 million would

have easily with a person with 4 years of economic warfare research the biggest worlds website on the subject, 6

college degrees, with a proven track record to the corporation needed to be served, with over $28.3 billion worth of

financial directives, could have easy made $2-3 million in one week. The professional negligence has caused the

Plaintiff to lose that income and possible major ties with areas of more income more later income cause of the

investments.

VII. FIFTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(NEGLIGENT ENTRUSTMENT)

22. The OC Sheriffs where entrusted with an intelligence document for a civil lawsuit

that is a very powerful instrument in the world called a legal complaint. In which they were given the instrument to

properly provide it to the corporation in question of that case. That instrument is a very powerful legal document

worth up to $90 million.

23. Meghan McCain via her twitter has shown interest in meeting the Plaintiff by sending

signals as per emails to our corporation if she would like to meet. Things like buying a pagon lizard, nitting “Dam it

feels good to be a Gangster” based on the nerdy white movie Office Space, check one single, taken or just building

my empire if want to meet. Thus, Meghan McCain has suffered zillions worth of damages due to the loss to look

into the Plaintiff’s eyes and speak about our corporation. As the feeling of love and possible friendship forever is

invaluable. As the moment in time is something she has signed is ok to try the product my emotions and my

friendship. Which is valued at over a zillion dollars, as the Directive of the USA space corporations was to bring me

a space rock so I can mine it in competition with Google and other European Protestant only as per our world

decentralized values and powers future space mining operations. She may give me that feeling that helps me

overcome obstacles as a strong mate to get to that zillion dollar industry. Where it was my directive to my

corporation to have the USA bring a meteorite to the USA in ten years when I will be a billionaire after this

contracted is fulfilled in the document needed to be serviced.

24. There and thus with the entrustment of the instrument the OC Sheriff’s and City

Managers have hurt the third party by not properly enriching a man she would like to see as a possible knight in

shining armor for her corporation and her culture, as a normal Catholic girl gives up on a corporation of spiritual

religion that genocides the non-catholics as her babies may not be catholic and does not want them to be hurt by the

church cause she is white and they may chose a ethnic minority culture and not the catholic world majority culture.

25. Thus the negligence entrustment of the instrument of the business document and legal

document. Has caused the Plaintiff and a third party massive damages that are irreparable every day without that

possible chance she might smile, or a tear may come to her face if she looks into his Plaintiff’s eyes and gives him a

chance with his good treasury and good directing skills; which can become even better with a great best friend and

possible mate for life.

26. Also the Protestant people would like to see their young Orange County, CA

Protestant cultural boy, the Brody stylist himself, A shirts trucker hats, cut off shorts, just living the dream, bikes,

4x4’s, Jacuzzi’s, beach bumming Republican ways. Enriched so he can defend his nation from other cultures that

invade it and genocide them and take over their lands and markets illegally. Therefore, the negligent entrustment of

the instrument of the legal document has caused harm to a third party culture and also to the Plaintiff who plans to

make his trillions protecting and expanding the Orange County, CA Brody Protestant culture.

VIII. SEVENTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR FAILURE TO PERFORM)

27. The OC Sheriffs have a contract with the county to perform process service for

indigent citizens. Where they can provide a court order that says they must provide that service as the court fees are

waived.

28. The Plaintiff is a citizen and has the proper documents to receive that service from the

OC, CA Sheriff’s; where the citizen did not receive that service due to unlawful practice of law and obstruction of

justice by the OC, CA Sheriff’s

29. The OC,CA Sheriff’s would not provide the service due to a possible cultural conflict

between opposing Christian views of the great Protestant saviors of the European People from the 30 years’ war,

where Catholics genocided Europeans to allow Latin’s to take over. To the world war where Catholics

genocideProtestant’s, Jews and orthodox for Catholics to take over, to today’s catholic genocide where the Catholics

genocide American European protestants and replace them once again with LatinCatholics, this time from Mexico.

While also the OC, CA Sheriff Service gave unlawful legal advice to the plaintiff.

30. The OC Sheriff’s did not serve the documents in the normal due diligent standard

care of duty 24 hours to 3 days. Where it has been today of the writings over almost 3 weeks, they also said they will

not do it as per an unlawful violation of practice of law.

31. The OC Sheriff’s inability to perform the contract has caused the plaintiff a loss in his

account holdings. As per the contract between Plaintiff and corporation for the settlement; which Defendant was

aware of as I sent the OC, CA Sheriff’s Process Service emails about it. Has cost the Plaintiff $750,000 a week in

interest and in a normal standard of care, of a personal financial directors accounts, of $90 million around $2-3

million in one week gross income for the Plaintiff.

IV. EIGHTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(PUBLIC ENTITY LIABILITY: FAILURE TO DISCHARGE A MANDATROY DUTY IMPOSED BY

ENACTMENT)

32. The statute that requires the OC Sheriff’s to perform civil process service is:

Government Code Section 26744.5 (b).

33. The statute was created to protect against the type of harm of loss of ability to seek

justice due to inability to find friend or pay for service to have a document served. As the process requires a third

party to take part in the lawsuit and many citizens of the USA do not have third parties to take part in lawsuits.

Without the statute the indigent would not be able to seek justice.

34. The breach of the duty of the statute, that they have not, and probable feel like they

do not need to perform, has as caused the Plaintiff massive damages as per pleaded in his prayer.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE plaintiff prays for judgment as follows:

18. I pray for the $2 million in lost possible wages for two weeks of the oppression of the

contract not being served as per pleaded in the pleadings.

19. If the Sheriff’s do not have the money, I pray they break a contract with a foreign

culture mainly Mexican Catholics and take the money from their neural agents weapon systems and illegally

banking, otherwise known as cocaine to laymen’s non cultural leaders. It’s very easy to see who has the big money

here for an invading culture into the Protestant county. It’s a belief the OC,CA Sheriff’s and most police agencies

are known to keep contracts with foreign militaries in secret, to keep peace as otherwise it would not exist as like in

private run cities owned by private corporations where their security contracts do not allow it period.The Protestant

cultural Icons known as Illuminati’s, Protestant educated leaders of their culture, have over 800,000 missing

protestant’s in the USA a year; while 500,000 Catholics invade. So any contract with the Catholic Neural agent

security officers is void in the Orange County, CA area anyways. However, the 6 cities that have been invaded and

protestant massacres of missing individual’s, full cities of European protestants, turned Mexican catholic, show that

officers are binding contracts with the invaders in a Republican county; when a city goes from full citizen protestant

European heritage in 10-15 years full Mexican catholic that is just inherent for a Criminal Justice Security investor

unit contracts, and defending the local majority culture from invasion. So it’s my belief they do have contracts and

mass murders and disappearances and mass invasions. The county officers are the stronger ones and are supposed to

know everything from the hell cages of the prisons to the streets and the officers that work underneath them. In

Orange County, CA the similar blue prints and programs that happened in Los Angeles are starting to happen in

Orange County, CA because our Sheriffs do things like oppress the heads of the Protestant security officers directors

documents. Somebody knows something about those 6 cities in this county and it’s the Sheriff’s that have binding

contracts with Mexican military and Mexican Catholic Corporation to destroy the USA Protestant African and

European and small Latin corporation. It is very easy to see where the Mexican Catholic genocidal system against

the Protestant is. Today in the USA if you speak a foreign language on a telecommunication device you are tapped,

as its illegal to speak another language in the USA. So the NSA has all the taps on all foreign speakers. The Catholic

the OC Sheriff’s would have to do is the same thing an iconic cultural leader like the Plaintiff of the Brody culture

does when they are attacked, and ask the NSA where the genocidal illegal banks are of the Mexican Catholics. It’s

very easy to do. However, today the Plaintiff is getting too poor to socialize to hear his own culture to go through

the DOD to obtain defense contracts of his own culture, to raid their illegal genocidal banks that they use to pay

people to massacre whole areas of cities and throw bodies in warehouse, as per military evidence, and then to invade

those areas with illegal immigrants. While in that strategy its believed the Democrats argue to allow the military

tosuppress the evidence as they are too afraid to go to war with the Mexican Catholic corporation. Even though the

German, Polish, and other European cultures would not allow the whole catholic church to go to war with the USA,

if we were to prove the genocide of the Brody Protestant culture and other protestant cultures by Catholic Mexican

corporation members. And why the Democrats allow the mainly Republican protestant to be genocided, and we do

have the locations, and if the OC Sheriff’s need the money all they have to do is ask the NSA and the DOD to allow

them to raid a Mexican Catholic illegal neural weapon chemicals base, bank or warehouse. Along with that the

money of the criminal Catholic church is better in the hands of a Protestant as they make legal jobs and good pay

and good wages for the cities of the USA. While the Catholic chemical neural bank systems use the money to

smuggle Muslim hate, Mexican hate, and more neural crime. So the city strategy should be to raid the banks and

give the money out to good citizens of Orange County, CA. As it is that easy, the NSA has the right to watch

everybody who connects in the system of neural drug’s in an area as per arrests, high human smuggling, high non

English speaking NSA collects pin points. The OC, CA Sheriff just has to ask. However, after 6 cities I find these

flock of Sheriff’s is to weak as compared to the 1950’s sheriffs who asked all the time for Intel to stop the Mexican

invasion with folks like my Grandfather MacDonald and John Wayne. They probable also pitch the ring of fire

security theory; where they allow criminals to exist as they are somehow securing us while crime rate rises, costs of

taxes is ridiculous and genocide of the local populace is happening. Compared to the opposing grid security theory

of stop the invaders, stop the criminals do not allow them at all and just give the mean bad local culture good jobs

and if you need them call them. 6 cities turned into Genocidal areas because Sheriff’s will not ask or use the ring of

fire security theory; which is a well-known security private company contract breaker with corrupt forces theory.

Again the Plaintiff does not believe in private security companies for the cities taken over everything.

20. I pray the OC,CA Sheriff’s will create a new system. Where volunteers provide the

process service for the indigent and fee waived citizens. So the cost will go down on the city and the soldiers of the

Protestant and Corporate Republican board ownership can be on the streets more soldiers against invading Catholic

culture and its other cultural attack systems like Muslims they help bring here to destroy the Protestant cultural

power votes. This could give the system more diligence and a speedier justice process.

21. I pray in this new system that they will recruit elderly, citizen police, and other no-

paid folks who need skills in the job market to do all the process serving.
