    The Great Royal Circus last owner Pratap Walavalkar was died on 22-12-2002

    and after his death his wife Snehalatha Walavalkar along with Ajay Shankar,

    Ashok Shankar with K.M. Sanjeev became partners, where as Animal Welfare

    Board of India did blunder mistake vide their letter No. 9-14/2001-PCA dated31-5-2004 and issued performing animals certificate in favour of a person, whodied two year before, how it could be possible?, where as 4 Elephants, 4 horses,

    15 dogs, 9 Cockatoos, 2 Macaw along with 7 camels were registered in favour

    of dead person but said circus have at present two unregistered Emu, 4 horses, 3

    camels, 11 dogs, 9 kakutuwa, one female elephant, one Kakutuwa featherbroken, permanently disabled needs immediate rescue and rehabilitation, where

    are the rest three elephants? As per the Chief Wildlife Warden of Delhi letter

    No. 3880/CWLW/Delhi/2007/5299 dated 5-12-2007 communication was madewith the Conservator of Forests, Assam Circle, Tezpur about microchip No.

    958000000796166 because ownership was issued by them, then how it can be

    possible that same microchip No. 958000000796166 have another femaleelephant, ownership certificate issued by the Conservator of Forests (T), Thane

    in Maharashtra, para No. 16 of ownership certificate assessed the value of

    elephant: As per prevalent market rated, when trading of elephant is banned in

    India?, how and why camels are being shifted in goods transport vehicles, with

    out any rules and regulations, violating the section 3, 11 and 38 of thePrevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and this circus freely performing all

    over India, since long, at present stationed at Delhi shifted from Jodhpur(Rajasthan). Central Zoo Authority of India also issued registration certificate

    under section 38-H of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 without consulting the

    AWBI and inspection of circus, we can smell criminal conspiracy along with

    syndicate between AWBI, CZA and custodians of said circus so called owners.How transit permit is being issued by the concerned CWLW's, permission be

    granted to perform in the city like Delhi, with out verification of actual facts?

    Where are three elephants registered with the AWBI, goes missing, illegaltraded and how microchip of present elephant changed, camels are being shifted,

    4 camels are also missing? Hence AWBI performing certificate is illegal, needsimmediate cancellation with FIR against all offenders including officials of the

    AWBI and CZA, CWLW's as well read with the 120-B, 420 IPC and all socalled performing animals needs to be immediately rescued and rehabilitation,

    performance permission in Delhi also needs immediate cancellation, movement

    of all animals be banned from Delhi, might be present elephant belongs toJambo circus then where are the elephants of Great Royal circus?

    In 1906, Vishwanath Madhuskarof Indian Bahadur Circus and Sitaram Gangaram

    Walawalkarof Parashuram Circus entered into a partnership and launched Madhuskars RoyalCircus. In the year 1920, Sitaram Walavalkar changed the name of the Circus to The Great

    Royal Circus. Narayan Rao Walawalkar,joined the circus as an artiste when he was a twelve

    year old boy. After the demise of Vishwanath Madhuskar in 1946, Narayan Rao Walavalkarbecame a partner of The Great Royal Circus.Narayan Rao Walavalkar was a multi-faceted artiste

    with amazing skills as a wild animal trainer. He played an important role in making the Circus

    well known the world over. Under his dynamic leadership, The Great Royal Circus went on aworld tour in October 1962. Their first stop-over was Eden in South Africa. It is the only Indian

    Circus which toured the globe extensively for around 21 years and presented shows in 24

    countries. He also has the unique distinction of being the only Indian circus owner to have hosted

    Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kings and Queens of the countries that they had toured like France,

    Somalia, Ethiopia, Egypt, Iraq, Tanzania, Singapore, Malaysia, Syria, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon,Kenya, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius, Sudan and Indonesia.

    This bird was injured during shifting from Rajasthan to Delhi, camels are

    being shifted in goods transport vehicles, violating section 3, 11 and 38 of the

    PCA Act, 1960, 2 unregistered Emus needs immediate rescue along with the

    injured bird, where as 4 Elephants were registered, as performing animals but

    these elephants are illegally traded, needs immediate attention and recovery.

    The Ministry of Environment and Forest (Govt. of India) issued guideline for

    care and management of captive elephants also violated because the CWLW

    of Delhi failed to obey these guidelines.
