4.2 Paddock opening times The Paddock will open for teams to arrive as follows: Thursday 06/06/2013 10:00-21.00 Friday 07/06/2013 08:00-21:00 The teams will be escorted to their paddock location by paddock staff. In case of several arrivals at the time, the road side from Tehontie 43 to 51 will serve you as the waiting area. For further questions, please contact the paddock manager.

4.3 Facilities at the Paddock - Power outlet of 230 V will be available for each team. For further needs, please contact paddock Manager. - Fresh water supply is distributed to specific water points at the paddock area. - 3G connection is functional throughout the paddock area - Showers and toilets for use of the teams and competitors are available at the paddock. Please see through the paddock plan. - Truck Wash is available at the area. Paddock staff will guide you to the location. - Car wash is available by the route from finish line to the paddock. Additional wash area is located at the paddock building, next to welding area. - Welding area is next to the paddock building. Please refer to the paddock plan. - Waste management: Please keep your paddock place tidy and use waste stations for disposal of garbage.

4.4 Refueling Due to demand by the authorities the refueling of all race cars at Tykkimäki paddock will be implemented at a specific refueling area. The Teams should be prepared to take their Fuel containers and all refueling Equipment to the refueling area and back. This Area is located just before the Pre-Grid area. Please reserve enough time for refueling to be in Pre-Grid area on time! More detailed instructions will be distributed at the event.

5. TEST TRACK

Test track for shakedown is available at: Pikkusuon Moottorirata (Vehkaojantie 30, 46900 Inkeroinen) located about 27 km from Tykkimäki The track is available by request from Wednesday, 5.6. for the cost of 50 €. More information: Taina Ahlqvist, mobile +358 44 023 1127

6. RESTAURANTS, HOSPITALITY, TICKETS

We have several restaurants available for you at the venue. Close to the spectators grandstand we have two with a good view on the track, and one restaurant ready to serve the teams at the paddock (see the Paddock Layout supplement).

6.1. Meals offer for teams

The restaurants are offering the teams good prices of meals for teams or their guests: Meal 8 € incl. VAT. (Regular price 10 €) With the meal ticket you can enjoy one of the following: - Pork with potatoes - Chicken wok - Paella Fresh water, juice, salads and bread included.

- Coffee 1 €

The team offer is valid for all the team members with the competitor/mechanic pass and bracelet at all three public restaurants of the area. Teams are also welcome to serve their guests at the restaurants with the same meal offer.

6.3 Tickets The competitors can buy tickets from the Race Office with the price of pre-ordered tickets. The prices for competitors are: Saturday 20 € Sunday 30 € Weekend Pass 40 € Grand Stand ticket 25/35/50 € All prices including VAT 10 % If purchased at the gate, the price is +2€ Special discounts for competitors: 10 tickets or more: -10% 40 tickets or more: -15% Children: Rallycross fans under 12 years of age can access all spectator areas free of charge. 6.4 RX promotion Fri 7.6. 18:30-21:00 and Kouvolan Komiat -festival

On Friday evening 7.6. the organiser of RX Finland has a promotional event at the Kouvola city centre. The promotional event starst at 18:30 with a caravan of selected rallycross cars and drivers driving on closed road sections at the city centre. (The selected competitors and teams will be informed separately.) Interviews and RX Finland stand will be located at the Kauppalankatu, which is the pedestrian zone at the centre. Event ends around 21:00. Next to this event area there is a festival called "Kouvolan Komiat" which has bands playing etc. All the competitors are welcome to the event.
