COMPETITIVE EXAMS

There were 3 Inter-school Topper and 1- School Topper and 6 Medal Winners who are qualified for the next level.

SOF Maths Olympiad is an examination which tests the Mathematical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude of

the children. Few students have qualified this year for the 2nd level of examinations.

National Science Olympiad

Ananya Ramachandran of class 5, Hiya Pati of class 6 and Parinith R Raj of class 8 have been recognized as Gold

Scholars. Jasvanth V A, Ved Namasevi of class 6, Ankit R bharadwaj of class 8 have been recognized as Silver

Scholars. 15 children from classes 5 to 8 have been recognised as Scholars.

ASSET Stands for Assessment of Scholastic Skills through Educational Testing. It is a scientifically designed, skill-

based assessment test. Rather than testing rote learning, it uses multiple-choice questions to focus on measuring

how well SKILLS and CONCEPTS underlying the school syllabus have been understood by the student.

OLYMPIAD EXAMINATIONS

International English OlympiadIEO is a test designed by SOF to focus on communication and use of English Language. 14 students have qualified

for the 2nd Level of Examinations.

Spell Bee

ASSET 2018

107 students have been qualified for second level of exams based on their ASSET Talent Search scores.

Science Olympiad Foundation has been striving for over two decades to promote scientific attitude and

temperament through innovative activities. 13 students have qualified for the 2nd Level of Examinations.

International Mathematics Olympiad

SpellBee International prepares students not just for exams; but for their academic and career success. An

expansive vocabulary in English guarantees a superior understanding of other subjects too and creates access to

ALL the world’s knowledge, helping the students ace exams like IELTS, TOEFL, UPSC, GRE, GMAT, CAT, etc., and

even inspire them to author books and scholarly articles! The Inter-School Toppers then participated in the State , National and International Levels.

Anirudh Rajesh of 1B is the school topper. He has been awarded with a medal and certificate of accomplishment.

Virhushik V of Class 2C had won the 8�� Rank in the International Level. He was awarded with a trophy and a Book

set.

Virhushik V of class 2C, Ayush Elluru of 3C and Vibhav Anand of 4B are inter-school toppers and have been

awarded with a medal and a certificate of accomplishment.

Rishikesh M M of Class 6B, Anirudh Galgali of Class 4B and Vibhav Anand of Class 4B were among the medal

winners at National Level of Spell Bee certification.

N Ahika Nagadeep of Class 2C was presented the Best Performer Bala Kalakar Award by Bombay Sisters for Excellence

in Music Competition in the Carnatic Sangeet Samrat 2018 held in Chennai.

Bhumika B of class 7 has won the second prize in Devaranama and first prize in Keertane in a competition conducted by

Nartana Tarangini School Of Music in June 2018. She won second prize in Vachana, third prize in Keertane and second

prize in Devaranama in a competition conducted by Gayana Samaja in Augusat 2018. She won first in Devaranama and

second prize in Keertane in a competition held by Malleswaram Sangeet Sabha in Dec 2018. She won first prize in

Devaranama in a competition held by Swarashree Musical Academy in Jan 2019. She won first prize in Devaranama

competition held by Sri Raghavendra Swami Mutt in Jan 2019.

Samarth R of Class 6 won the first place in Devaranama and third place in Carnatic Vocal organised by Gayana Samaja .

He has won the first prize in Carnatic classical vocal competition and first prize in Devaranama competition held by

Malleswaram Sangeeta Sabha in the memory of Sri Tiger Varadhachar.

Suhas M of Class 9 has won the first place in vocal competition organised at the Tyagaraja Aradhana meet.

Badri Vishal K of Class 6C and Saisuhas N of Class 6A have won the First place in the GAP Interkumarans Quiz held at SKCH ,

Mallasandra on 23rd January 2018.

ARITHMETIC,having completed ADVANCE LEVEL(Eight Terms) of the program successfully on Dec 2,2018 in the
