WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

COLLECTIVE COMPETENCE ….

It's more than a combination of individual competencies… it’s about a holistic approach enabling a group of people to perform better and to reduce failure risk.

It develops a global cognition capacity greater than the sum of the individual cognition capacities.

How to see, to understand and to decide collectively?

Collective Competence emerges when making collective sense in the workplace, developing and using collective knowledge base in a context of interdependency.

The issue is related with knowledge Management, Organizational Learning and core competencies.

The need of common standards of risk metrix

Organization exists as social bodies based on: Cooperation, Commitment, Sharing common tools, the management style, HR policy… Learning is key for the collective competence…it’s referred both as component and as an outcome of the management process.

Double loop Learning: when we question deepest levels of understanding such as values and policies!
