Login with your school board assigned account. Make sure you have selected the parents

tab.

Your home page will display an outline of all students on your account under the summary tab. It

also displays an overview of the lastest communication

Selecting the EN button on the top right hand side of your screen changes the language to French

You also have the option to select each student separately to access a complete overview

including their timetable, courses, and number of required credits

Getting Started – Settings

1. Select the Setting tab on the top right corner of your screen 2. The Notifications tab allows you to set a limit on child’s absences and lates so you will be

notified if those limits are exceeded 3. The settings tab is also where you have the option to change your password

Exploring the Left Navigation Pane – Communication

Select the Communication option from the left navigation bar

Communication allows you to track all your messages being sent or received.

You can also send a message to any teacher in the

school who is currently teaching your child.

Exploring the Left Navigation Tab – News & Announcements

The News & Announcements tab is a bulletin of any information

provided by the school. The posts are filtered into public and private

categories.

This tab gives you the option to search the entire forum or filter the

posts in order to limit them to a specific topic.

Exploring the Left Navigation Pane – My Resources

The My Resources tab is a collection of all the resources you have added to your resource drawer.

The Resources tab allows you to search and find any

resource and add them to your Resource drawer

Once one of the students under Child Progress is selected, the left

navigation pane will expand giving you more options to select under

General, Gradebook, and Report Card to assist you in keeping track of your

child’s progress

The Contacts tab gives a quick overview of the

student’s personal information, medical information

and their emergency contacts

The timetable tab gives a weekly view of each class the student has

that week.

You can download this page by selecting this button on the top

right hand side of the screen for a printable version.

The Attendance tab displays the number of

absents and lates the student has received on a

monthly basis for each school year

The Enrolment tab gives a quick overview of student’s

enrolment history throughout elementary school to

secondary school.

Selecting the Progress tab presents an overview of your child’s progress in their knowledge and

understanding, thinking, communication and application skills for each class.

The red boxes represent below average marks, the yellow boxes represent average grades, and the

purple boxes signify above average grades

It also provides an overview of your child’s results by each assessment as well as by category

Selecting the EQAO tab will display the EQAO

grades the student has received since Grade 03

Skills

The Secondary Course Marks tab displays the current grade, number

of absents, and number of times late for each class over all 4 report

periods of the past year.

The Secondary Course Leaning Skills tab displays the learning skills

achieved for each class over all 4 report period of the last year

Selecting the Other Assessments tab displays a review of past

significant assessments, the score achieved, and the grade and

term they were completed in.
