In this report we looked at 10 QSR chains in Singapore on Facebook.

Read on to find out how brands like Dominos, KFC and Dunkin’ Donuts

performed.

Key Findings

• Among the 10 QSR brands, Starbucks Singapore was engaging best with their Fans.

• With a growth rate of 4.4%, Burger King Singapore enjoyed the highest Fan Growth Rate among the QSR brands.

• 65% of fan posts on Nando’s Singapore wall were positive in nature.

• Domino’s Singapore replied to 70% of fan posts on its wall.

• 3,334 new Posts were written across these 10 ‘brand walls’. That’s an average of 3.6 Posts per day - per wall!
