Quality Planning
It is the process of establishing quality objectives anddeveloping the means for meeting those objectives.
Objectives are aimed at targets
Targets may be called goal, requirement, missions.
Plans may be called procedures, process, programs and soforth
Objectives exhibit wide variation in nature and scope
For e.g. maintaining quality for repetitive activities can bea objective which is achieved by quality manual &feedback loop

Quality planning involves meeting quality needs of
customer
Quality plans are closely interrelated
At top of organization are broad objective & broad plans
which require sub objective & plans
Structured coherent sequence of steps which are required
to meet quality needs is termed as quality planning

Lessons Learned
This concept has wide application in to multifunctionalprocesses such as developing & launching a new product.
It may include the historical review which include
preparing log of problems encountered in prior launchingtheir cause and remedies.
In sense it estimate cost of poor quality
It also include the consequences of time.
It also provide the forms of improvement This review is generally done by guidance function and
historian
The concept of lesson learned can also be applied tofunctional processes like creating historian review problem
encountered in supply contracts.
