Bradley T. MacDonald becomes President & CEO of Healthrite, Inc. Brad turns 100% focus on Jason Pharmaceuticals, divesting Healthrite’s non-performing business units and pledging all his personal assets to refinance the business. 1990 ’s $25.4 MILLION IN ANNUAL REVENUE The company changes its name from Healthrite to Medifast, Inc. and is listed on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).
