COMPANY INTRODUCTION
TRAIL NETWORK SDN BHD (TNSB) is a fully owned and managed by 100%
Professionals Bumiputera. Incorporated on 18th August 2004, a service
oriented company who provides Offshore Catering, Laundry and
Housekeeping services for Oil and Gas Industry mainly but not limited to
Production Platforms, Hook‐Up and Commissioning Contractors, Pipe
Lay/Heavy Lifting Contractors and Drilling Contractors.
Zero LTI in 1,868,256 manhours worked since we began operation in 2006. Safety sits at the heart of our service
offering, because when it comes to the well‐being of the labour force, there can be no concession. This is a success
of our operations lies in the core values of the company to provide HALAL, safe and quality offshore catering world
class services.
TNSB focus 100% in the offshore catering services business. We are highly committed in providing the best possible
services for our clients as reflected in our continuous high performance record. This is in the intention of bringing up
the standard of Malaysia Offshore Catering Industry. We are of the Conviction that is a cut above the rest in terms of
the assured safe and quality of delivered services and products.

OUR CAPABILITIES
Management System and TNSB Integrated Online Operation Management System (TOMS) TNSB enforce data upload to our Online Operation Monitoring System (TOMS) to ensure seamless operation
monitoring and strategical data collection between remote location (Platforms/Vessels/Barges and Head
Quarters KL) to assist in our decision making, fast execution and deployment of necessaries. By eliminating
redundancy of works and human error this had now become the nerve of TNSB Management System.
HALAL Certification TNSB ensure that halal definitions and procedures are observed in all aspects. Products are clean and do not
contain non halal ingredients as per Islamic law, during preparation, handling, processing, packaging or transfer.
Equipment and appliances used are clean and free of contamination by impurities based on Islamic law and not
detrimental to health. The cleanliness of equipment, transportation, preparation area and environment is the
of utmost importance and we incorporate good manufacturing practices
Track Record Currently TNSB is serving 5 active contracts and fully served a total number of 34 contracts awarded by 12
satisfied clients. Not only within Malaysia, we had also served our client internationally via projects in Mexico,
Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. We wish to highlight that we had also served contracts for CPOC fields via our
client Sapura Kencana SK TLO (Muda Field and Melati Field) from July 2015 until December 2015. In Thailand we
had served Menora Thailands via SK TLO (SK2000) in December 2013 until March 2014
Food Safety Procedure and Practice – HACCP TNSB implement and established Food Safety procedure in accordance and fully guided by HCCP Food Safety
Program. Our team are trained to adhere to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) / Food Safety
Programme. Stating our seriousness, we incorporated this requirement into their KPI (Key Performance Index)
HSE – Policy and Commitment Zero LTI in 1,812,096 manhours worked since TNSB began operation in 2006. Safety sits at the heart of our
service offering, because when it comes to the well‐being of the labour force, there can be no concession.
Manpower Strength, Personnel Profile and Experience TNSB maintain its staff profile in Online Operation Monitoring System (TOMS) for easy reference and data
analysis to cater specifically in accordance to our client’s request and needs. We provide 2X dedicated team
comprise of 18 staffs per team with a total number of 36 dedicated crew. All crew meet the minimum
requirement, covers not limited to Education Attainment, Certification of Trainings, Medical Check‐up and Food

Handler certificates. A total number of 64 resumes are submitted in this tender. Currently we have a total
number of 352 active staff in our online database.
Training and Development: Program and Facilities TNSB place top priority on human capital development. We believe in fostering an environment that promotes
continuous learning and development as we strive to harness the capability and potential of our people. With
this in mind we had developed a development and training center in Kemaman, Terengganu. This center is
equipped with a kitchen and living quarters being setup as a mock up to the actual facilities offshore.
Additionally, this facility is also equipped with Mess, Class Room, and also a Mini Cinema. This is in order for the
crew to have a refresher course prior to deployment. The main objective is to ensure that all crew are ready
prior to deployment. For Kitchen Department this served as our R&D center to achieve the most dynamic menu
engineering to adapt with our client preferences.

ACCOMODATION FACILITIES Trail Network provides crew accommodation to ensure that all crew are well taken care off prior to sign on or
while on transit. This to ensure that crew met minimum rest period and all necessary refresher course could be
conducted prior to deployment. The crew accommodation comprises of 4 rooms with total of 12 bed and 1
Executive Room for Executive Level personnel. This accommodation on the other hand is where our Steward
will have their training for housekeeping; room and cabin make up, set up and cleaning syllabus.

Introduction to TOMS – TNSB INTEGRATED ONLINE OPERATION MONITORING SYSTEM
TNSB Operation Monitoring System (TOMS) is a web base application specially design for TNSB Offshore
Operations. The goal is to have a seamless data collection from all remote site such as Vessels, barges, and
platforms with HQ and Operation Office Onshore.
TOMS are accessible from anywhere with internet connectivity via any type of devices eg; Laptop, Desktop,
Tablet and Phone.
TOMS ensure no redundancy of work, maintain data integrity by minimizing human error, strategical decision
making and accurate trend analysis.

SCOPE OF WORK AND SERVICES
Trail Network Sdn Bhd, (TNSB) is committed towards providing safe and quality meals to operated vessel or
accommodation barge for their crews. Thus the food safety system through the adoption of Good Catering
Practices (GCP) is implemented, maintained and continually monitored and reviewed in all our offshore catering
operations. We constantly strive for continuous improvement in our system and services in order to be able to
provide Halal, safe and quality food and to exceed HACCP requirement. Halal certification attached,
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.1 TNSB shall at its expense provide catering and associated services including housekeeping and
laundry services to perform the works in accordance with specific tasks in Scope of works.
1.2 Shall perform the WORKS on seven (7) days per week, twenty‐four (24) hours per day basis
if so required by the client
2. CATERING SERVICES

2.1 TNSB shall provide all food to the highest quality according to and shall conform the
standard as indicated herein at least be equal to the “code of Practice for Food Hygiene”
publish by Unit Kawalan Mutu Makanan (April 1977 or latest edition) of Ministry of Health.
2.2 It shall be mandatory that all meals prepared and served comply with the requirements of
the Muslim Faith. Without prejudice to generality of foregoing, pork or by its products in
any form whatsoever or any raw food or consumable containing such by product shall be
strictly prohibited.

3. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
3.1 TNSB shall responsible for standards of cleanliness based on quality equivalent to
PETRONAS operated platforms and provide complete housekeeping services on the facility.
These services shall include housekeeping for all sleeping accommodations, hallways,
stairways, sanitary, washroom facilities, recreation rooms, kitchen and dining areas, cold
storage area, kitchen and mess area. Procedure for Housekeeping & Janitorial refer to
Attachment T4 (1.2)
3.2 TNSB shall each day, make each bed occupied the previous shift at the facility. Change all
linen and pillow cases at least once a week and at every crew change. In the case of
visitor/guest on a short stay, TNSB shall change all bed linen and pillow cases immediately
upon departure of such visitor from the facility.

3.3 TNSB shall provide a complete laundry services utilizing the equipment provided by CLIENT
for all personnel. This service shall include all linens, bed sheets, pillowcases, towels,
personal clothing, work clothing and other items normally laundered. No dry cleaning
services is desired and is excluded from this proposal.

4. REFRIGERATED FOOD CONTAINER
4.1 TNSB at its own expense shall provide portable Food Container including Refrigerated Food
Container for transport of provision and items to and from onshore and offshore.
