Floors having an annual turnover of about Rs.10 Crore. The

Company has fully equipped itself with sophisticated tools,

equipment, machineries. We are a team of dedicated and

experienced people targeted towards achieving high quality and

A Chemical Engineering Graduate with a vast experience in the

field of Construction Chemicals and Concrete Floor Technologies

and Utilization of Chemicals to Enhance Durability, Reliability &

Life of Concrete. During his experience of past 15 years with

various types of Concrete Floors. Confloor Technologies LLP has

gained a name in the Industry throughout the Nation.

Ms. Hemlata Sagar

A Business Administration Graduate who has an expertise in

establishing financial status by developing and implementing

systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting

financial information and managing staff. Has an experience of

almost 10 years in office administration as well as heading

Accounts & Taxation Department for various organizations.

What We Do…… Laser Screed Flooring: This type of floor doesn’t require guide

rails or channels to lay the concrete. This technique eliminates

the need of having form work at regular intervals except at day

joint thus making wide bay construction of panel size of 500 to

2000 sqm. This reduces the length of construction joints by

about 75%, which is actually the weakest section of the floor.

Finishing of the floor is done by Floaters, Trowels and Ride On

Trowels. Large panels are made for free movement in which

MHE can travel randomly in any direction.

Truss Screed Flooring: With this type of Screeding we can lay

Floor Panels of sizes up-to 12m width. The Truss Screed moves

on Guide Rails or Channels which are leveled by Auto Levelers or

Laser Levelers. Finishing of the floor is done by Floaters,

Trowels and Ride On Trowels.

Trimix or Vacuum Dewatered Flooring: With this type of

Screeding we can lay Floor Panels of sizes up-to 4m width. The

Screed Vibrators moves on Guide Rails or Channels which are

leveled by Auto Levelers. Excess water is removed immediately

from the Concrete using a VacuumPump. Optimum Water

Cement Ratio ensures high strength of the concrete.

Concrete Polishing, Densification& Dustproofing:

We use a new technology for better concrete. Reactive colloidal

Silica, Nano-Sized particles in an aqueous suspension, is 99.5 per

cent pure Silica suspended in an Ultra-low surface tension

liquid. The Nano-sized particles in their low viscosity suspension

penetrate quickly, deeply, and cleanly into concrete. Reactive

Colloidal Silica also bonds to itself, a property not found in any

Silicate Densifier. These reactions form Cementitious

Compounds in the Concrete’s pores that Harden and Densify the

surface. This is a much technically advanced replacement to

conventional Tiles and Stone Finishes. The following is attained
