YILMAZ Machine realizes its purposeful activity on researching periodically changed together with progressive technology world requirements, improvement, planning, developing, production and selling basing on honesty and respect prin-ciples, being in peace with community, appreciating human element and thanks to high quality thereby acting as additional element of Turkey vision as well as carrying its production process out and selling its product in various point of world.

First of all we aim to create such atmosphere that allows to provide employ-ees, clients and employer with prosperity, completely recognize theirs responsi-bility, seek all necessary opportunities in order to implement theirs work with pleasure. To concentrate employees to the only aim and purpose the dominant role is assigned to Research and Development Department that has necessary background, education, owns with enough effective information and definite skills. Developing high technological machines, creating its software, sharing with its knowledge, treating people with respect, high intellectuality allows completely realizing its aim and diligently moving ahead to the intended aim to enter into five manufacturer companies of the world during coming ten years.
