technologies. Our services cater for utilities and industries, namely metals, gas, water,

logistics, warehousing, transportation and electricity. Our focus is on building high tech

PSI Incontrol Sdn. Bhd. is a solution provider for automation & protection technologies. Established in 1997, PSI Incontrol Sdn. Bhd. has achieved tremendous growth and is one of the leading engineering companies in the region providing a wide spectrum of generic as well as niche products. PSI Incontrol Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of PSI AG* who has a strong presence in Germany & most part of Europe.

Network Control Systems And Geospatial Information System

We have implemented network control systems for renowned customers in the energy

supply sector. Today, PSI control systems (PSIcontrol) for power supply and multi-utility projects stand out due to high scalability support for distributed control centers and unique dialog technology. The architecture guarantees a maximum of system availability and ensures very good dynamics as well, supporting the trends towards concentration of control center tasks and cost-friendly.

PSIcontrol provides smart-extensive functionality which enables customers to meet the challengers posed by the technological changes in the grid system. This is due to the increasing injection of renewable energy in medium and low voltage network. Advances management functions allow intelligent and appropriate control of renewable energy injections for both transmission and distribution networks to ensure grid stability.

Geospatial technology, is becoming a game changer throughout the world. Our GIS solution is ready to take up the great opportunities in geospatial revolution. Our product, PSItraffic, is an integrated control solutions which caters to automatic vehicle management, real-time passenger information and depot management systems. It was

developed on the basis of event-controlled and object-oriented technologies. PSItraffic provides updates and complete overview of the operational procedures and enabling recognition of disruptions and eliminating them through planning measures.

Our tunnel automation solutions provide our customer with the best single-stop solution for monitoring and control of traffic, air quality management, traffic information, communication networks, tunnel surveillance, telephony, electrical distribution panels, lighting and SCADA solutions.

Our solution includes design, engineer, manufacture, test and commission a comprehensive range of control and relay panels for power stations, substations and industrial plants of various system voltages.

Our specialty in protection and control solutions is using state-of-the-art relay and components from leading manufacturers. Our proven reliable ITEC 680 solution integrates with many protocols including the IEC 61850 and has been vastly deployed not only in Malaysia, but also across the globe as well.

Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is well furnished with sophisticated technology and modern machinery to supply quality and innovative products in the market. We posses latest machines to automate the manufacturing of panels to meet today’s demanding

requirement.

We design and manufacture various panels inclusive of control and protection panels, Local Control Panels for GIS switchgears, Remote Tapchanger Control Cubicle (RTCC) for transformers, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) panels, Substation Control System (SCS) panels, marshalling kiosks for substation switchyards and IEC 61850 control relay panel. We are also capable in designing and providing digital substation systems, which is more cost-friendly and technology savvy.

All of our panels are equipped with the latest technology components in compliance to latest IEC 61850 standards. Our components comes from manufacturers who are industry leaders in both technology and service. Our panels is confirmed to international quality standards in which we endeavor strict quality norms and regular quality tests at each level of production, beginning from designing to commissioning stage.
