Phased approach and has been tested with resounding success across various systems; improving performance in
rural; township; and ex-Model C. The systems resolution model addresses areas of leadership; transformation and
diversity; under-performance and resilience in the face of systemic stresses. The final outcome always leads to
the creation of powerful teams of people who are learning continuously, improved quality of delivery, increased
organisational performance and achievement. The same model is being used in corporate and organisational
transformation processes; with concomitant key performance indicators for measuring and monitoring change.
Systems development, training and coaching includes training and coaching interventions, can also be designed
to integrate into other existing long term programmes, part of leadership development processes or as stand-
alone training for learning and development. This includes consulting to coaching projects – ensuring that
individualised coaching is integrated effectively back into organisational teams and departments given each
particular strategy. Team, executive and group coaching is a large part of this offering. This expertise integrates
