We are used to preparepre-design feasibility studies,

cost analyses, and site locationevaluations. as well as assist Clients in preparing Design/ Build

and/or Construction Management Tender packages and providing them with related construction administration

services. Our strong Project / Construction Management department, provide an array of services applied to

construction projects and design programs – from the planning and design through the construction and postconstruction

phases – for the purpose of achieving project objectives, including the management of quality, cost, time, scope, and

any form of standard and regulation compliance.

Overall Synchronisation ProcessEnsuring that all the project parameters: functions, budget, technical, aesthetic, cultural, sustainability, available know-

how, time-frame, health & safety and high quality compliance .... are always

taken in account from the earlier stage until the completion of the mission, to ensure a coherent answer to the project needs in a realistic and achievable way.

Operating in south East Asia for many years, and with some of our international expert leaders working in Cambodia for now almost 20 years, we have developed an in depth knowledge of the region and especially Cambodia. These experiences help us to win time, avoid misunderstandings, identify clearly the priorities, making us more efficient while operating either on the field, in official meetings, or at our design studio.
