Aisha Buba Dahiru MNIAPrincipal Partner / co-founder

Mrs Dahiru is Avant-Garde Studio’s Principal Partner and co-founder.

She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects and a registered member with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria.

Mrs Dahiru holds a BSc and MSc in Architecture from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Diploma in Interior Design from Interior Design Institute London.

Mrs Dahiru is well experienced with over Ten (10) years at different levels. She has worked as a project architect for three (3) years with SPDC Abuja and later joined Triad Associates Kaduna offering her services as an architect.

She specialises in architectural design, visualisation, interior design and experienced in planning and managing projects from inception to completion; she boast lots of experience from her previous jobs.

She is fluent in both spoken and written English and Hausa languages.

Muhammad Mansur Shehu MNIOBPartner / co-founder

Mr Shehu is also a Partner and co-founder.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and Society of Landscape Architects of Nigeria.

Mr Shehu graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Minna with a B.Tech in Building. He also holds a National Diploma in Architectural Technology from the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic and is currently pursuing an MSc in Construction Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Before teaming up to incorporate Avant-Garde Studio, he has trained for five (5) years under an architect as an office technician with Studio International Limited, Minna. He later joined Arctrack Associates where he served as a technical officer (Building Services). Mr Shehu currently works as a lecturer in the department of building at the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria.

He specialises in building production management, 3 D visualisation, landscape design and construction.

He is fluent in both spoken and written English and Hausa languages.

Mahmud Salihu MNIOB R.BUILDERProject Implementation Consultant (Building)

Mr Salihu is the company’s project implementation consultant.

He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Building and registered member with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from Kaduna Polytechnic.

Prior to joining Avant-Garde Studio, Mr Salihu worked for Setraco as a site engineer and later joined Model Works Limited as a project manager.

He specialise in building production management, civil engineering construction and project monitoring & evaluation.

He is fluent in both spoken and written English and Hausa Languages.

Muhammad Mustapha MuhammadArchitect & 3 D Visualiser

Mr Muhammad is an architect and 3 D visualisation expert.

Mr Muhammad holds a BSc and MSc in Architecture from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He specialise in architectural design and 3 D visualisation using some of the industry’s best CAD and 3 D visualisation applications.

Aliyu Yahaya Abdulkadir MNIQS, RQSProject Implementation Consultant (Quantity Surveyor)

Mr Abdulkadir is the company’s project implementation consultant (QS).

He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors and registered member with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.

He holds a B.Tech. in Quantity Surveying and M.Tech. in Construction Management (in-view)

Mr Abdulkadir has worked both in Nigeria, Ethiopia and U.A.E. as a Procurement and Construction Cost Consultant, Quantity Surveyor and Project Quantity Surveyor.

He specialise in Valuations, Contract Documents, Cost Estimates, Draft and Final Bills of Quantities, Financial Statements, and Tender Analysis.

Mr Bello is the company’s project implementation consultant (M & E).

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers UK and registered member with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

He holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Energy Studies.

He specialise in Design, Specification, Supervision, Installation and Evaluation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditional systems

He is fluent in spoken and written English, Igala and Hausa Languages.

Mr Hamma-adama is the company’s project implementation consultant (Civil Engineering).

He is registered member with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

He holds a B.Eng. (Hons) Civil & Water Resources and M.Sc. Construction Project Management.
