In the last decades the concept of

healthcare structures has had multiple and

rapid transformations.

Humanising hospital spaces and medical

treatments has become an inescapable

priority. Therefore the design of safe

functional areas, characterised by certified

high quality innovation and at the same time

welcoming, intimate and dedicated to every

comfort.

From this necessity Casaluci Healthcare

was born, a young dynamic business,

a leader in the Italian and international

market, able to combine craftsmanship,

attention to detail, knowledge of materials,

architectural quality and quality finishes

by innovating process and production and

the highest quality design and construction

of furniture and prefabricated systems for

healthcare.

If the roots are in high range custom made

furniture, in knowledge of exact materials,

in a passion for detail, in extreme attention

to detail, the present is in healthcare, in

tradition which is modern, open to change,

gaining knowledge and competence without

loosing character and strength, always

keeping the same customer care, product

perfection, versatility and care.

There are no secrets in the materials used

by Casaluci Healthcare. Wood, iron,

steel, glass, plastic, laminated Corian®:

each one has its peculiarity characteristic,

its application point and versatility.

Project and material, design and

technology, tradition and innovation are

perfectly integrated to define a unique and

inimitable production.

Taylor made means exactly this;

integrated process and excellent products

made to measure guaranteeing the client

the best solution.

From the design of the materials to the

production, the knowledge and skills are

varied and transversal, the process is

integrated, of excellence and is unique.

A single production chain that designs

and implements internally every single

segment including supply and installation,

with the ability to remodel or modify parts

of the structure at anytime to adapt to

the needs of the client or environment in

which it is located adapting to the client

and has the ability to renew in time.

From furnishings and products for

hospital departments to prefabricated

systems, turnkeys for operation theatres

to wiring services, the entire range is

characterised by identified products and

connote by uniqueness and integrity:

the upmost flexibility and the upmost

quality. Personalisation is a key word. The

integrated cycle, from raw material to

design and manufacture and installation,

it does not finish with delivery or

maintenance but remains guaranteed by a

THE ORGANISATION

In middle of the Salento countryside

between the ancient olive trees and the

sea, Casaluci Healthcare is a bright,

modern space of crystal steel and wood.

This is where the administrative offices,

design team and organisational staff are

located not far from here there are two units

dedicated to production.

In the middle there is the showroom. This is

a large space which exhibits all completed

products, prototypes and settings.

Welcoming, elegant and refined. Designed

and created specifically to demonstrate the

company philosophy, harmonised with the

particular innovative productive dynamics,

verifying the wide range of products and

services, to directly integrate with the

design and production teams.

Here the designs that made Casaluci

Healthcare undisputed leader in turnkey

prefabrications for healthcare facilities

and operating theatres were born. The

TOTEM HYDRA, which was presented at

the Shanghai Expo and quickly entered into

the vertical beam bed head market for its

innovated characteristics, was designed

here. TOTEM HYDRA revolutionised beam

bed heads in a short time becoming a

paradigm also for other brands.

THE NEXTSYSTEM was also designed

and developed here. This modular system

headwall guarantees advanced solutions

for various healthcare environments. This

system is an excellent balance between

design and technology, it is the only system

that is a certified medical device.

SINTESY is our segment dedicated

to healthcare structures, operating

theatres and critical care units. This is a

prefabricated construction and was also

designed and developed in this space.

keeps relations between client and market. Trustworthy and polite. The merging

of knowledge and communication, of design and production and of client needs

which makes Flavio Casaluci the face of Casaluci Healthcare. His knowledge of

the healthcare sector, how it evolves and changes, dynamic and complexity is what

guarantees that he is able to answer whatever question the client may have.

GIULIANO CASALUCI — Founder

The story starts with him. His passion for beauty, high quality craftsmanship that comes

from the knowledge of the materials that characterise the versatility in the products.

Still today this is his field of expertise, where knowledge and competence meet with

challenges and exploration of the new guaranteeing warmth and space for innovation.

He implores radical change and continuity. Knowledge and skills without interruption,

be perfect in the future. The NEXTSYSTEM

is a flexible modular system capable to

adapt to changing needs. Its elements are

able to be remodulated simply, the utilities

are accessible and implementable making

for easy substitution in the eventuality of

damage.

THE NEXTSYSTEM allows quick access to

the wall cavities by simply removing the

coverings. Which means fewer interruptions

and less downtime.

High performance resistant materials

with high antibacterial properties. Reliable

modules made with overlapping geometries

to minimise the penetration of liquids.

Antibacterial silicon seals with coplanar

surfaces ensure maximum cleanliness.

THE NEXTSYSTEM enhances the potential of the system for

specialised recovery wards. It uses a wide range of modules

designed for recovery areas and provides new elements and

accessories for a new configuration of headwalls and casework

functional for critical care environments, surgeries and

emergency rooms.

All elements (bases, shelves and columns) are perfectly

compatible with the prefabricated and flexible structure of

the headwall. New rational and ergonomic composition are

a response to the needs medics and healthcare providers, in

particular the management of emergencies and work safety.

THE NEXTSYSTEM expertise allows functional organised

spaces, avoiding the overlapping of areas and walkways,

primary and secondary activities. In addition, the presence of

the sanitary modules meet all safety requirements and avoid

risk of contamination.

Especially designed for hospitals, Totem

Hydra is characterised by its wide range

of clinically integrated functions. It is a

vertical compact piece of furniture. Hydra

guarantees medical staff the best freedom

of movement and the patients privacy.

It perfectly integrates in whatever area:

treatment rooms, emergency rooms,

surgeries, intensive care and dialysis.

responding in a versatile and adaptable way,

personalised to the needs of construction

operating theatres and is the newest

development of Casaluci Healthcare,

representing the company’s philosophy and
