Martin had previous experience in refractory, concrete repairs, grouting and epoxy coatings and was looking to start his own company to provide a specialized service within the South West of WA. The company started out completing small works in and around Bunbury before moving to its first major job for ABB at the Collie Power station back in 1997. RESOURCES PCS currently employs 10 fulltime local staff, including tradesmen and specialist applicators with access to additional staffing when required. Each of our staff holds current and relevant tickets in the following aspects:

The company has an extensive range of fully owned plant and equipment including: Mine spec vehicles & truck, Grout pumps, Trailer mounted pressure cleaning units, Macaden automated membrane layer, 5 – 18 kva Generators, Site offices, Site storage & chemical containers, Mobile product air conditioning units, Large and small airless spray equipment, Mobile abrasive blasting equipment, 175 & 400 cfm air compressors, and Fully enclosed tandem site tool trailers. PCS currently operate from the Head office located on Dryandra Court in Picton, just off the South West Highway. The 200 m2 offices have an adjoining 450 m2 workshop, lunchroom and storeroom located on a 2800 m2 yard. The Picton yard contains the majority of the company’s plant and equipment along with an extensive materials and consumable holding. Further to the Office location the company recently purchased a further 4500 m2 hardstand laydown and storage yard in Nicholson Road East Picton. At this location the company holds site offices, site storage containers and specialty chemical containers. This location also allows an area for large open air or covered works to be conducted remotely from site. SERVICES PROVIDED

It is the direct responsibility of the Senior Management Team comprised of Martin and Shane to ensure that this document is used and integrated into our day to day activities.
