THE CANDIDATE SELECTION & HIRING PROCESS

Project "Kick-Off"

• Company introduction

• Definition of the appropriate search process and the fee structure

• Contractual due diligence

• Project “Kick-Off”

• Job briefing and evaluation of the vacant position together with the client

• Preparation of/and input on job description

• Preparation of a „company target list“, released by the client

• Discussion about the project time frame and milestones

Search Process

• First screening and search process to identify a larger pool of candidates

• Complex and integrated 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-level search of candidates through a) our individual & company network, b) direct calls into market competition, c) via social media platforms and if required d) by data base research

• Targeting and approaching of suitable candidates who generally do match the job profile

• Management of first individual introductory calls to present and promote the role and to clarify general interest and availability

Candidate Interviews

• Transmitting the (neutralized) job description to selected candidates

• Conversation with candidates about the role in general

• 360 degree screening of the candidate’s CV dossiers

• 1st-, 2nd- and optional 3rd-stage interviews with suitable candidates

• Proof of respective candidates references to complete the “big picture"

• Evaluation of possibly required candidate assessments

• Coordination of further and more detailed assessment methods if needed and appropriate

Presentation of Candidates

• Presentation of a hand-picked short list of 3-5 candidates

• Discussion with the company client about the different candidate profiles

• Coordination of the whole on-site interview processes

• Coordination of the entire travel management

• Feedback talks with the company client concerning the interview results

• Contractual assistance to the final candidate, if required

• Placement of final candidate and feedback on candidate performance after trial period
