User Account ControlPassword protected user accounts with dif-ferent privileges can be created to avoid errors during the operation of the machine.

Boundary CurvesEasily editable Upper and lower boundaries monitor

an entire press area. Process values that exceed or fall short of boundary curves break off the joining operation and trigger a NOK message.

Measurement windowsRectangular windows are used to detect maximum, minimum and

average values within a zone and compare them with tolerance limits. Curve entry and exit points to and from the window can also be monitored, e.g. entry through the left and exit through the top, or only an entry through the bottom of the window.

Example recipe for pinion assemblyA pinion assembly with multiple components can be programmed in a single recipe using mutliple program steps. After every joining operation, the security door opens and the machine operator places the next part in the workstation. Depending on the part, an automatic tool change is handled by the press.

Rapid production thanks to electrical safety doorWhen the start button is pressed, the acrylic glass door seals the workspace. The door's closing speed can be optimized for shorter cycle run times. If the closing door is interrup-ted by the operators hand or another foreign object, the press cycle is automatically aborted. The next piece can be prepared by the operator while the press completes its cycle.
