Access
Access to all businesses and residents will be maintained, except when approved
by business or resident
If access needs to be blocked, Metro will arrange the appropriate time with the
business or resident

Traffic
Traffic control plans are developed by Traffic Control Engineers and reviewed and
approved by the City Traffic Control Plans are designed to minimize traffic disruptions, but allow the
required work to be safely performed by our contractors and provide safe passage
by the public
