Issue Resolution for ResidentsThe following steps should assist you with the resolution of an

issue should something occur in your home that causes you

dissatisfaction with Lincoln Military Housing:

1. The first step is to contact your District Office and relay the issue

to them and give them the opportunity to resolve it.

2. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, contact the

District Office again and ask to speak to the District Manager. In

almost every case, the District Manager can solve the issue.

3. If the issue is still not solved after speaking to the District

Manager, call the Lincoln General Management Office (GMO) at

858-874-8100, and ask to speak to the Regional Property Manager

for your specific district.

4. In the unlikely event that the Regional Property Manager cannot

satisfy your request, contact the GMO again and ask for the

Regional Vice President of Lincoln Military Housing.

5. At this point, if the issue still remains, you will need to contact

a Navy Supervisor. For El Centro Housing, contact the Housing

Director at 760-339-2920.

Marijuana Usage Not Allowed in HousingLincoln Military Housing complies with the federal Controlled

Substance Act (CSA) which prohibits the use, possession, and

distribution of illegal drugs. Even though the recreational use of

marijuana is permitted in the state of California, it is not allowed

anywhere in housing. Additionally, marijuana is not allowed even for

medical use. The federal CSA categorizes marijuana as a Schedule 1

substance, and therefore it is a violation of federal law to use, be in

possession of, grow, or distribute it anywhere on federal property,

which include housing areas.
