ARMY MOVE!
• The MOVE program is program designed to improve the overall
health and physical condition of Active Duty Service Members and
their families by focusing on exercise, weight loss, and nutrition.
The program entails 1 hour of Physical Therapy, 1 hour of
Nutrition followed by 1 hour of Behavioral Health
– Upcoming program date is Sep 7th at 8 a.m. in the Baumholder Health
Clinic’s large conference room on the Second Floor.
