THAMES
Track, evaluate, compare
A harsh financial climate means it's more important than ever for housing providers to understand and demonstrate that community activities are:
• targeted, with clearly defined aims and objectives
• well planned, managed and make efficient use of your resources
• making a measurable impact on communities
• achieving outputs and outcomes which are comparable with other housing providers
HouseMark’s Community Impact Tracking Service can show you all this and much more!
Increasingly as social housing providers invest in local neighbourhood
activities they need to be able to measure the return on their investment,
both socially and financially.
This community impact tracking tool will enable them to do this for themselves
as well as benchmark with other housing providers. It will become an invaluable
tool for Boards and external funders, as they make decisions about where best
to invest scarce resources.
David Orr, Chief Executive, National Housing Federation
What is the Community Impact Tracking Service?
It’s an online tool developed to help housing providers:
• manage their projects
• track their performance
• evaluate their impact
• compare their outcomes
During the past two years the service has been developed by HouseMark
and partners, East Thames, Midland Heart, Aster Group and New Charter Housing
Trust Group to ensure it meets the diverse needs of housing providers and dovetails
with their existing working practices.
