    Here we take education as a division of interest and will

    discuss flow of upward, downward, lateral communicationwith itself, diagonal communication with other divisions and

    external communication with organizations

    Communication flow:

    Assume that you are an administrator of school, college or university

    organization. You have to come across a broad range of messages

    that are communicated to you and to your subordinates by you. For

    example,

    your supervisor asks you to make a report, and you have to

    submit that, another administrator hand you a memo regarding

    administrative activities. You may read an email by your friend. Youremployee may update a status on social media pointing you about

    your performance in office. Now from these examples we are able to

    distinguish between different flows of communication.
