5. What were the biggest challenges you faced when planning, running and/or implementing your business and how did you overcome them? Please give us some evidence of your innovation and creativity when solving these challenges (300 words max). (10)

The biggest challenge was how to work as a team and distribution of roles. To start with we had a business plan meeting. In this meeting we first discussed the various roles to be performed by us by preparing the checklist and assigning the roles to all the members. One of the members from the team was elected a team leader. A list of required materials was also prepared and the material was arranged. The next day during preparation of milk shakes we observed some confusion, anxiety about the jobs and the technique to follow to prepare the shakes and faced difficulty in managing the students. So a meeting was called up again to do discuss the positive, negative and interesting points of the day.

At the business meeting we shared all our positive, negative and interesting points during the preparation time that is the recess hour. Everyone then in turns came up with their valuable suggestions for scope of improvement and manage the chores clearly and specifically like making a copy of checklist, giving colour code to product service, prepare action planning chart and the role of all members will defined on chart paper. It was also decided to have two meetings within the week to overcome any such issues. After implementing this system we could manage our jobs effectively with proper communication and responsibility. Team spirit and creativity was visible among all the team members. We could now well manage our accounts and generate good profit.
