Common Talent Assessment Test & Placements (CTATP)

With the jobs in India unfolding itself in a slow pace and the graduates coming out of

colleges in a rapid pace we felt a need to start an initiative that will provide a striking

balance.

Job Opportunities are available in companies for students who have specialized skill

set in Java, Dot Net, PHP, Mobile Application Development, Ruby on Rails etc…but

suitable candidates are not available. Such companies do not have the bandwidth to

hire the students and then train them.

Job Opportunities are available in huge numbers in Mechanical and Civil based

companies but these companies do have the bandwidth to visit colleges and recruit

students.

Six Phrase will conduct a Common Talent Assessment Test (CTAT) for 2013 pass out

batch based on the concept of Finishing School Training and Placements.

Based on the grading (students will be graded based on their performance) and their

specialization students profiles will be shared with Tier I, Tier II & Tier III companies.

Profiles of students with Excellent grading will be shared with companies like Google,

Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Accenture, IBM etc through Employee Referral program available

in all corporates.

Common Talent Assessment Test (CTAT) - Test Model

Students have to take up one General Aptitude Test and One of the Optional Aptitude

Test.

General Aptitude Test – 30 minutes (must)

One of the following Aptitude Test

Java Aptitude Test – 15 minutes

Dot Net Aptitude Test – 15 minutes

Php Aptitude Test – 15 minutes

Mobile Applications Aptitude Test – 15

minutes

Mechanical Aptitude Test – 15 minutes

Civil Aptitude Test – 15 minutes.

Percentage > 80%

Profiles of students will be shared with companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Accenture, IBM etc

through Employee Referral program available in all

corporate.

No training required

Placement Opportunities will be provided in 5

Students with Grading

Percentage between 60% to

80%Students will be provided Finishing School Training

related to their field

Cost of the Training will be Rs 25,000.

Placement Opportunities will be provided in 5

companies based on the skill set training provided.

Students with Grading

Percentage < 60%

Students will be provided Finishing School Training

related to their field

Cost of the Training will be Rs 50,000.

Placement Opportunities will be provided in 5

companies based on the skill set training provided.
