o Am I on track during this campaign? If not, where am I off track?

o Did I meet all of my objectives? If not, by how much did I miss them?

o Did my sales or other performance metrics rise due to the campaigns?

o What was my total ROI on this campaign?

Pernod Sales Performance – Is my product selling?

o Which bars are selling more or less of our product? How do we change that?

o How do we rank in specific regions? Where do we need to invest further?

o Did bar sales increase?

Competitive Intelligence – What are my competitors doing?

o What trends are emerging?
