Current news• Governor Scott has asked the FL Department of
Education (FLDOE) to review Common Core State Standards.
• The FLDOE has held three public hearings and heard from more than 7,000 people.
• Commissioner Pam Stewart will issue a report about Common Core in November.
• Florida will begin selecting an assessment to measure Common Core State Standards in late 2013 or early 2014.
