Committee Roles• As a committee you are responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the

day to day running of your Club or Society. This includes making decisions, organising activities, ensuring that you function within Union guidelines as well as planning to ensure you meet your aims & objectives and enable your activity to continue its success in years to come.

Committee Responsibilities• The role & responsibilities that you take on within your committee will

depend on how you want to work together as a group. Committee roles are a general guideline to what each person should be doing, however in reality some of the responsibilities increase, overlap or are not relevant at all.

• It is however recommended that as a committee you agree your roles & responsibilities prior to embarking on your term in office together.
