Tenants/Members Committee that was discussed last year• Only until now has the Committee been able to meet as a
group• First meeting was in February 2010• Reason for delay was due to the Tenant Leases being SAO’s
top priority

SAO Group Benefit PlanRenewal
Benefit Plan• The Committee was consulted early February to review and
discuss the renewal proposals for SAO’s Group Benefit Plan• SAO received several quotes from 3 Consulting firms
– Great West Life– Pace Consulting– MDM Insurance
• Overall, the savings for each user is approximately 8-18% (varies with salary and single vs. family coverage)
• As a result, the Committee and SAO recommend we proceed with MDM Insurance, underwritten by Co-operators due to the enhanced Benefit Plan and best rates
• The new plan will go into effect June 1, 2010

SAO’s Annual CustomerSatisfaction Survey
• The Committee worked on creating a new survey taking into consideration feedback from the SAO Service Department Manager’s
• Last year – a poor response rate of 38%• Intent of the Survey is to:
– Determine level of awareness– Level of customer satisfaction– Any new Service recommendations
• Survey scores are used to rate department annual performances• The committee recommends all E.D’s to discuss the survey with their
staff• New this year – the committee introduced two incentives for all
respondents: – $2.00 Druxy Gift Card (for those who identified themselves in the survey)– $100.00 off your next SAO boardroom rental (draw – one winner – for those who
identified themselves in the survey)
• Survey was released to all Tenants E.D.’s on March 23rd
• Survey closes April 15 @ 3:00 pm
