This meeting was convened speci ally to hear from New Charter regarding future management reorganisation. The floor was given over to SC. New Charter Please see the attachment for detailed report. New Charter Statement 15 th October 2015 Following the report by SC, the committee expressed its concern at the depth of the cuts in management at NC and, felt that it would be difficult for the association to continue to function if the participation and assistance of the Neighbourhood Coordinators and the Resident Involvement Officer were lost.
