TERMS AND CONDITIONSIndemnity and Limitation of Liability Sponsor/Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any or all damages to property owned by the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate (Hotel), its owners or managers, which result from any act or omission of exhibitor. Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Hotel, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Sponsor/Exhibitors use of property. Sponsor/Exhibitors liability shall include all loses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Sponsor/Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Sponsor/Exhibitors occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any party thereof.

CANCELLATIONIf Sponsor/Exhibitor cancels its participation in CxEnergy 2017 any monies paid may be retained by ACG. If Sponsor/Exhibitor fails to make any payment described in the Application by the due date, ACG may terminate Sponsor/Exhibitors participation in CxEnergy 2017 without further notice and without any obligation to refund monies previously paid.

ACCEPTANCE BY APPLICANTUpon receipt of this application by ACG and acceptance by ACG, this application shall become a binding agreement between the Sponsor/Exhibitor and ACG. Faxed copies of the contract are legal and binding. The Sponsor/Exhibitor acknowledges that none of the exhibit space fee is refundable. By the signature below, the individual signing this application is authorized by the Sponsor/Exhibitor to enter into the agreement, which shall become binding upon acceptance by ACG. Although ACG will attempt to accommodate Sponsor/ Exhibitor requests for specific booths, no guarantees can be made that the Sponsor/Exhibitor will be assigned the specific booth(s) requested. Sponsor/Exhibitor acknowledges that it is not contracting for a specific booth(s), but rather for the right to participate as a Sponsor/Exhibitor in the CxEnergy 2017. By the signature below, the individual signing this application represents and warrants that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions and is authorized by the Sponsor/Exhibitor to enter into the agreement, which shall become binding upon acceptance by ACG.
