ORDER:-

ln the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipat Administration,Tetangana, Hyderabad has stated that, the Commissioner, Yettareddy Municipatityhas submitted a proposal for division of Yettareddy Municipality into Twetve (12)wards after following the due procedure as prescribed in G.O. 1't read above andrequested to issue finaI notification.

2. After careful examination of the malter and in supersession of orders issuedvide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby decide to issue finat notificationof division of Yeltareddy Municipality into Twetve (12) wards.

3. The foltowing Notification wilt be published in an Extra-Ordinary lssue of the

Tetangana Gazette:

ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of section 6 of theTetangana Municipalities Act No.1 1 of 2019 read with Tetangana Municipatities(Division of Municipatities into wards) Rutes 20'19, issued in G.O.Ms.No.78, MunicipalAdministration and Urban Development (lM) Department, Dated 29.06.2019, theGovernor of Tetangana hereby notify the division of Yetlareddy Municipatity intoTwetve (12) wards as described in the Annexure appended to the notification withimmediate effect.
