FasTrac Platform Optimization Deck(POD) which serves as the foundation to the

simulator, and populate it using a number of

available modular components to achieve the

optimal fidelity to meet the training needs.

Components such as Flight Controls, Seats,

Instrument Consoles, and Display Systems, etc

can be mounted to the foundation POD using

an array of mountings points located on the

deck surface, under and on the sides of the

POD. Start simple and build to a FULL

MOTION solution over time, depending on

your budget. Many existing DROP ON

consoles and fixtures are available in this

catalog. If you require something that is not

currently available, we can fabricate it for you.

This unit is configured with a Pilot side Bell 206B style

control head and tactical co-pilot lever similar to the

actual aircraft.. Unit includes a USB/HID compliant

interface and can be mounted to the deck surface of the

Bell 206 Cockpit enclosure behind the pilot and co-pilot

seats with places the levers in the proper operational

Deck (POD) shown here with the optional

OBSERVATION PLATFORM STEP FasTrac is a patented

RUGGED general purpose simulator mounting fixture

built to withstand the rigors of daily flight training use.

Designed for the US Military. FasTrac is a modular,

reconfigurable platform base that supports the mounting

of many interchangeable, Fast Jet, Helicopter and

Ground Vehicle cabin configurations and optional flight

control components. Optional components can be quickly

mounted using an ARRAY of mounting points located on

the platform deck, below the deck and along the sides of

the structure. This enables cabin fixtures such as:

Consoles, Seats, Controls surfaces, Display mounts etc

to be properly positioned. Ample room under the deck

surface is available for the mounting of rack computers,

with an OPTIONAL Basic Frame Structure, is a cockpit

enclosure modeled from the US Army’s OH58D KIOWA

aircraft. This enclosure differs from the Bell 206N Cockpit

enclosure in that the OH58 overhead roof area is larger

to accommodate the additional equipment used in this

TK-H-206-TP Transportable Helicopter SimulatorOur Transportable helicopter trainer was designed

under a US Army contract. The cockpit can quickly

disassembled and moved through a standard 36x80”

door opening by one person. This design includes a

removable roof, rapid disconnect instrument console,

front display LCD mount and built in castors. With the

cockpit roof removed (using snaps that hold the roof

in place) it can be lifted onto its built in castors and

rolled to the location required. The entire process can

be completed by one person in 15-20 minutes.

Mounting provisions under the seats are included to

house simulator computers and audio equipment. Our

Dual Position Bell 206B/OH58 Helicopter Collective

With Twist Throttle, Dual Position Helicopter Cyclic,

TK-PTT-H60-SFT FasTrac Single Pilot Open Cockpit Part Task

TrainerOriginally designed and manufactured under a US

Navy contract, this open cockpit part task trainer is a

re-configurable/modular system based on our FasTrac

POD (PN XXXXX). Shown here this POD is configured

with a US Navy H60 virtual instrument console using

game quality flight controls to reduce cost. The

optional surround observation deck allows easy access

to the student by the flight instructor and provides

safe easy egress. Multiple PODS can be affordably

networked for mutti-student classroom instruction

under control of a single instructor. PODS were

designed for confined space use and fit through a

standard door opening.

TK-PTT-H60-DFT FasTrac Dual Pilot Open Cockpit Part Task

TrainerThis Open Cockpit Part Tsak Trainer uses two FasTrac

PODS located side by side for dual crew classroom

training. Many optional MODULAR LINE REPLACABLE

instrument console and vehicle control component

and cockpit enclosures can be installed on the POD

deck to emulate just about any type of rotor, fixed

wing, fighter, corporate or commercial jet or vehicle

such as a construction cab, Hum-Vee or MRAP vehicle.

Ample room under the POD deck is provided for the

installation of rack computers audio systems, control

actuators and linkage. If you require another type of

simulator you only need to replace the modular

consoles and/or controls resulting in a totally new

simulator training environment.
