The Debtor owns personal property in the form of accounts receivable valued at $88,000 and logging equipment and vehicles valued at $2.2 million. The Debtor’s income from the operation of business for 2008 was $6 million; for 2009 it was $5.2 million; for 2010 to date it was $92,167. Apartment Complexes Located in Southeastern States In re Miles Properties, Inc. (Bankr. N.D. Ga.) Case no. 10-60797 Miles Properties, Inc. and its 12 Co-Debtors recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and, although no sale has been announced, the Debtors’ assets may be available for acquisition under the right circumstances. The Debtors acquire residential properties in order to renovate and reposition them. Additional properties were acquired for the development of apartments and condominiums, either on a ground-up or conversion basis. The properties currently managed by the Debtors are located in Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. The Debtors employ approximately 228 employees and current tenants number approximately 16,000. The Debtors’ real property includes the following: Highland North Apartment Complex in Atlanta, Georgia, valued at $118 million; Highland Enclave Apartment Complex located in Clarkston, Georgia, valued at $118 million; Highland Gardens Apartment Complex in Chamblee, Georgia valued at $3.57 million; Regal Crossing Apartment Complex in Dallas, Texas, valued at $11 million; Royal Oaks Apartment Complex located in Tampa, Florida, valued at $118 million; Highland Brooke Apartment Complex located in Atlanta, Georgia, valued at $118 million; Hampton Forest Apartment Complex located in Durham, North Carolina, valued at $118 million; Royal Ridge Apartment Complex located in St. Petersburg, Florida, valued at $118 million; Royal Springs Apartment Complex located in Orlando, Florida, valued at $118 million; and Highland Estates Apartment Complex located in Decatur, Georgia, valued at $118 million.
