The water softener, chemical container and pumps are located within the cabinet of the machine, allowing for a clutter free installation and hence resulting in an aesthetically pleasing operating environment RE-TEMP SERIES The Re Temp series has all the features of the standard UC machines. However, operating temperatures have been reduced. Sanitisation is achieved via a Re Temp detergent and rinse aid which must be supplied by Winterhalter. The advantage is a cooler post-wash glass from which drinks can be served into immediately. Re Temp glass washing reduces operating costs by over 10%

COOL SERIES The Cool series are for busy sites where you have to get glasses washed and back into use - fast.
