Interstate/Highway TransportationThe main east/west thoroughfare through Land O’ Lakes is SR 54 which connects the Suncoast Parkway to the west with Interstate 75 to the east. Additionally, US 41 runs north to south through the center of Land O’ Lakes, connecting the area to the rest of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties. Interstate 75 provides access to the Northern and Southern cities along Florida’s west-coast as well as nearby interchanges with both Interstate 275 to Tampa and St. Petersburg to the south and Interstate 4 to the east, connecting to Orlando and Florida’s eastern seaboard.

Air TransportationLand O’ Lakes is located 20 miles from Tampa International Airport. Tampa International was recently named by Airports Council International as one of the top North American airports, servicing 15 to 25 million passengers annually. Property LocationThis commercial opportunity is to develop a 41 ± acre mixed use site. 7.03 ± acres are designated for retail, referred to as Suncoast Commercial at Bexley, 34.49 ± acres are designated as the Corporate District. The community of Bexley is approximately 2,450 acres, with 2,045 planned units, over 1,200 single-family homes, and over 650,000 square feet of commercial space including retail and office.
