General

GENERAL

1. TREATY ACCEPTANCE

1.1 You are allowed by agreement to accept any risk within your mandate.

1.2 Mandatesarecontainedintherelevantbinderagreementwithcurrentyearlimitspersection,includingSub-Sectionlimits.

1.3 Both commercial and agricultural risks are dependent on the same treaty and therefore the same rules shall apply.

1.4 All risks exceeding your current mandate must be referred to Hollard for approval. Without approval both the facility and Hollard are exposed.

1.5 If the riskor riskdescription isnotcontained in theGuidelines it shouldautomaticallybe treatedasareferral to Hollard.

2. EXCLUSIONS

2.1 Hollard'sunderwritingandacceptanceabilityislimitedbyspecifictreatyexclusionsandassuch,notalltypes of business is acceptable.

2.2 Whenindoubtortheriskdoesnotsufficientlyfitthe listedoccupationstheriskhastobereferredforclearance prior to acceptance.

2.3 Readthelistofreferralsandexclusionsinconjunctionwiththeriskclassificationlistwhichcontainsreferralsandexclusionsfromanunderwritingperspective.

Considerable ignitionsources are likely available so inception hazards are high.Thereisgreatprobabilityofhighlyflammablefluids(liquids&gases)andsolidsavailablethatpropagateflamesveryeasily.Generally fires start easily and, immediately after ignition,spread fast and increasequickly in intensity. There is a littlechanceoftrainedfireteam’son-sitegainingcontrolofanyfiresthat may occur.
