Total cost of work: £790 Description of work: Repair leaking overflow pipe, replace damaged ceiling, emulsion hallway and repair toilet. Comments: Gary carried out the work in a timely, flexible and efficient manner and to a very high standard. He maintained contact with us and attended to carry out the work in accordance with our needs. He is warm, friendly and even took old furniture away for us at no charge. He was tidy when completing the work and left our office in a tidy state when leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property Matters.

Total cost of work: £460 Description of work: Fit loft ladder, fit porch light and kitchen light, fit TV to wall, re-seal shower and bath, anti mould en-suite walls, repair electrical socket, put up x2 curtain poles, fill holes in rough cast and mirror fitted to wall. Comments: Very pleased with the work completed. Gary is very helpful and always recommends the best way to look at a problem, even if this is the cheaper option (a plumber was wanting to remove all my bathroom tiles for a problem Gary solved by re-sealing the bath). He is also great at tidying up after himself. Will definitely recommend to people.

Total cost of work: £340 Description of work: Remove old silicone and make good tiled surface. Removed old shower door. Add additional timber batons to minimise bath movement. Supply and fit new bath panel and new shower screen. Renew silicone around bath area. Comments: I held off writing this form to make sure my problem with my bath and shower was solved. I must say what a great job and I am a very happy customer. Gary did a great job to fix the problem. We are now up and running again with the shower and no water running down into my downstairs ceiling. Job well done. Thank you!

Total cost of work: £1460 Description of work: Removal and skimming of artexed ceiling, removal of wallpaper in livingroom (30ft x 12ft), painting and papering in livingroom. Plasterwork in hall and painting. Also fitted two additional sockets and removed and secured two wall lights. Comments: Delighted with Gary’s work. He turned up on time and always left the house tidy enough to live in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary.
