Graduates must submit their RSVP online through Marching Order prior to claiming tickets online.

Commencement Ticketing Steps

Step 1 – Start on the Commencement Ticket Page and click the log-in link.

Step 2 – Log into Account: You must use your @liberty.edu account. If you have claimed tickets online before you can use that email address and password.

If you have never used your ticket account, you will need to reset your password via the “forgot your password” link on the log-in page (see next steps 2a-2d).

Graduates must submit their RSVP online through Marching Order prior to claiming tickets online.

Step 2a – (Only required if you have not claimed tickets online before.)

Click “Forgot your password?” DO NOT create a new account as it will not correct your access.

Step 2b – Enter your @liberty.edu email address and click “Recover Password”.

Step 2c – Once the password email is received, enter your email and new password.

Step 2d – Enter in the password that was emailed to you and then enter a customized password and click “Change Password” to log-in.

Step 3 – Scroll down and choose your graduation ceremony.

Step 4 – Choose the 1 graduating student ticket and click continue. Tickets for guests will be added in another step.

Step 5 – Click accept to the terms and conditions.

Step 6 – Select the Add-On for Commencement Guest Tickets.

Graduates must submit their RSVP online through Marching Order prior to claiming tickets online.

Step 7 – Choose your 6 guests for the ceremony.

You will need to select all 6 of the tickets, even if you will have less than 6 in attendance. If you do not have guests attending, you can exit out of this screen.

Step 8 – Click accept to the terms and conditions

Graduates must submit their RSVP online through Marching Order prior to claiming tickets online.

Step 9 – Scroll down and click continue at the bottom of the page once the seats are added to your cart.

The system will auto-select seats for you. If you are in need of ADA or ASL seating, please call the ticket office directly at (434) 582-7328, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Step 10 – Select Email Print-at-Home for your delivery method and click continue.

Graduates must submit their RSVP online through Marching Order prior to claiming tickets online.

Step 11 – Click “buy” to finalize your order. (There is no cost for tickets.)

You should receive an email within 30 minutes with your tickets attached.

• These tickets can be printed off via the PDF attachment or added to your mobile wallet via the links at the bottom of the receipt.
