the past and the time are the best teachers you can
have.
Stop to be worry!!!.
Forgive yourself for your stupidities and
failures.
Always say a prayer to give thanks.
You have gotten more than you need to grow up and be happy.
Don´t waist the time in useless discusions.
Instead of shout, sing a song, take a cold shower,take a ride in a bike around the park or go to the
movies with a big pack of pop corns.
Give up to involucrate in other´s life.
