• Hybrid Dialing mode: an interviewer is available to receive calls from different sources such as predictive, non-predictive or a case that needs to be called in preview mode. This enables automatic management of hard-call backs without drops while soft call-backs and fresh cases are dispatched using predictive dialing for enhanced productivity (*)
