112 people caught for casino related crimes after first 12 month of casino‟s opening.

ii. “Salesman jailed for cheating companies.”

Salesman cheated company through sales of perfumes and gambled proceeding.

iii. “Two arrested for entering Resorts World Sentosa casino with other‟s ID”

A Singaporean borrowed his friend‟s identity card and used it to enter the casino.

Mr Tan, who is unemployed had chalked up losses of $122,600 at Resort World Sentosa Casino.

Gambling leads to financial , family and emotional issues

Gamblers accumulate debts unknowingly

Harmful effects proved due to gambling :

To solve these issues , solutions have to be implemented to reduce , if not , stop the gambling issues faced by Singaporean.

Here are some methods implemented by the government and organizations to help solve the issues.

Cuts power to machines gamblers are using

Allows gamblers to have a rest

Allows gamblers to think thoroughly

Gamblers then can decide with a clearer mind whether to continue

Frequent visitor visit the casino 6~10 times a month.

They have to show , via records , if they are financially stable.
