Herecomesthesun è una collezione creata per centri benessere, piscine, navi da crociera e per innumerevoli altre destinazio-ni pubbliche ed è ideale anche per ambienti privati. Sunrise, sunset e sundance sono prodotti con il sistema rotazionale, alta-mente tecnologico, utilizzando polietilene (PE) colorato, materiale plastico tra i più versatili che resiste molto bene ai raggi UV,alle alte temperature (+60°C) e alle basse temperature (-40°C), ai graffi, alle abrasioni, agli urti. PE è inodore, resistente all’umi-dità, riciclabile al 100% e si pulisce facilmente usando un sapone neutro. Il peso modesto di 10/12 kg delle poltroncine è unfattore molto positivo per il settore della ristorazione. Se fosse necessario aumentare la loro stabilità è possibile zavorrare labase introducendo della sabbia. Herecomesthesun è disponibile in 4 colori standard (bianco, rosso, arancio e verde mela)che possono essere consegnati in breve tempo. Altri colori come bianco ghiaccio, grigio antracite, marrone scuro o sabbiavengono prodotti su richiesta, con una quantità minima di 20 pezzi e necessitano di tempi di consegna più lunghi.

Sunset, sunrise and sundance are produced from a rotational moulding process using high quality through-colouredPolyethylene (PE). The rotational moulding process produces complex, hollow and seam-free armchairs. PE is one of the mostversatile thermoplastic materials. It is completely resistant to UV rays, high temperatures ( up to + 60°Celsius ), low tempera-tures ( up to - 40°Celsius ), stress, impact and abrasions. PE is aroma free and impervious to humidity, environmentally friend-ly and 100% recyclable. Maintenance free and easy to clean using a neutral soap solution. Herecomesthesun comes in fourstandard colours white, red, orange and apple green which can be shipped on short notice. Other additional non-stock coloursavailable are frost white, anthracite grey, dark brown and sand. Non standard colours are manufactured to order and have aminimum order quantity of 20 pieces. Herecomesthesun is perfect for spas, swimming pools and cruise ships and suitablefor both commercial and residential applications.

Die Modelle sunrise, sunset und sundance werden aus hochwertigem durchgefärbtem Polyethylen (PE) imRotationsverfahren hergestellt. Polyethylen ist neben PVC einer der vielseitigsten thermoplastischen Kunststoffe. In seinerGrundform ist er farblos, kann jedoch durch Einfärbung in beliebigen Farben geliefert werden. Die Standardfarbpalette vonTonon weiß, rot, orange und apfelgrün sind kurzfristig lieferbar. Weitere Farben wie anthrazitgrau, dunkelbraun, sandfarbig undfrostweiß sind nicht auf Lager vorrätig, können jedoch mit längeren Lieferzeiten und einer Mindestbestellmenge von 20 Stückgeliefert werden. PE zeichnet sich besonders durch seine hohe UV-, Kälte- (bis zu -40° C) bzw. Wärmebeständigkeit (bis zu+60° C) aus. PE ist physiologisch unbedenklich und praktisch geruchlos. Des Weiteren ist PE stoß- und schlagfest und nimmtnahezu keine Feuchtigkeit auf, was einem Einsatz im Außen- sowie Wellnessbereich, Pools und Kreuzfahrtschiffen entgegen-kommt. Der Einsatz im Innenbereich ist sowohl im privaten Wohnbereich, als auch bei öffentlichen Einrichtungen wieGastronomie, Arztpraxen, Laden- und Messebau zusehen. Das leichte Gewicht von 10-12 Kg der einzelnen Sessel ist speziellfür die Gastronomie ein wichtiger positiver Faktor. Sollte ein schwereres Gewicht von Nöten sein kann dies einfach erhöht wer-den. Eine wieder verschließbare Öffnung in der Standfläche ermöglicht es, bei Bedarf das Gewicht mit, zum Beispiel, einge-fülltem Sand zu erhöhen. Die leicht zu pflegende Oberfläche kann mit neutraler Seife gereinigt werden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt der für dieses Material spricht ist seine Umweltfreundlichkeit, PE ist 100% recycelbar.
