This pertains to the Memorandum dated February 20, 2013 of ActingExecutive Director Bartolome J. Sinocruz, Jr. requesting for correction ofCOMELEC Resolution No. 9640, promulgated on February 15, 2013, "Generallnstructions for the Board of Election Inspectdrs (BEI) on the Testing andSealing; Voting, Counting, and Transmission of Results in connection with theMay 1 3, 2013 National and Loca l Elections".

The Me mo randum of Acting Exe cutive Director Sinocruz states:"Respectfully forwarded is the copy of RESOLUTION NO. 9640,dated February 15, 2013, 'General lnstructions for the Board ofElection Inspectors (BEI) on the Testing and Sealing; Voting,

Counting, and Transmission of Results in Connection with the May13, 2013 N ational and Local Elections,' for corrections of the following:I . Page 14 (h) last sentence wh ich reads:

'Then the PCO S will automatically perform No. 12 hereof. 'S h ~ u l dead as:'Then the PCO S w ill automatically perform letter 'I' hereof.

2. Page 31 , 'ARTICLE VI' should read as 'ARTICLE VIIJ;3. Page 50, 'ARTICLE VIIJ hould read as 'ARTICLE VIIIJ;and4. Page 50, 'ARTICLE VIII' should read as 'ARTICLE IX' .For Your Honors' approval."

The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to approve theforegoing corrections of COMELEC Resolution No. 9640 promulgated onFebruary 15, 2013, "General lnstructions for the Board of Election Inspectors(BEI) on the Testing and Se aling; Voting, Cou nting, and Transm ission of Resultsin conne ction with th e Ma y 13 , 201 3 N ational and L ocal Elections, as follows:
