• The Queen’s Baton is designed by the Bangalore based Indian company Felix Designs and incorporates the modern as well as the traditional. It carries soil from all regions of India on its exterior and an embedded GPS module.

• The Queen’s Baton Relay covered 190,000 km in 71 countries.

• In Australia, the Queens Baton Relay covered Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
