Description• Physical Exertion: Competitors will have to run up a certain number of floors (to be differentiated depending on difficulty levels e.g. 10 floors for juniors, 25 floors for experts) and remove 3 bamboo poles from their hanging position within x no. of minutes.

Description• Skill: Competitors will then

have 20 standard wooden hangers to aim and throw to catch onto the pole. (The bamboo poles will be placed at a standard distance in an open field by the sports referee. Competitors are not allowed to step beyond the line. The competitor will have a total of 3 tries (3 poles).

Rules1. All competition hangers follow the

standardised design and weight and materials (as seen on the right) and distributed on the day itself by the organizers of the competition.

2. The total number of hangers still hanging on the pole after all 20 are thrown for each round will then be the score. If at any time, one hanger drops due to contact of another hanger during the throwing rounds, it’s not considered as a point.

3. All decisions made by the referee is considered final.

4. The competitor will the highest no. of points wins.

Possible variations

1. A team of 3 competitors are to throw for each pole after a relay race.

2. Competitors are to collect the hangers as they are racing up.
